I understand that these bonuses and loyalty cards are not a mandatory part of the shopping set.

However, stores like Magnit or Pyaterochka allowed customers to make purchases even without a card, if they forgot it at home. And there are stores like Lenta, where you can't even enter without a card - prices are 40% higher, probably.

So, why make it so complicated?

I know many pensioners who don't have the Magnit app; they shop the old-fashioned way with a card. But if you don't activate these 'great' offers, the entire system of discounts loses its meaning!

Again, it would have been okay if it was a one-time thing - I opened the app at the beginning of the month, activated something, chose my favorite categories, and that's it. But no! These 'express discounts' can be daily! And the same nonsense with 'express points,' which now expire in three days!

So, a person is left feeling deceived. The system is no longer transparent. Either you're not awarded points, or you're awarded points, but you can't use them as you please; you have to spend them immediately, not accumulate them... It's just 'Magnit's' *I wanted to say a bad word* math. It's very unpleasant.

And, by the way, there's another important nuance - many Magnit stores have connectivity issues; nothing loads in the stores, and there are signal blockers.

So, remember the algorithm:

1. Wake up in the morning, wash up, and quickly open the app to activate discounts.

2. Before entering the store, check the app again to make sure the discount is visible, and go to the checkout with it.

3. Don't forget to spend your 'extra points,' 'urgent points,' and 'lightning-fast points' if you can.

4. Don't try to understand what's happening - it's pointless. Take your purchases, try not to cry because you've probably been deceived, and catch your breath.

Then, we'll have success. For now, one star for the app's updates.
