Editor's Summary
I gotta say, I was really stoked about my Zetter mop set-up when I first got it. But after two years of use, I've got some mixed feelings. The quality's still there, but some design flaws have started to show. Here's the lowdown.
Specifications
Hello there, fellow reviewer!
I've been thinking: two years for a mop is a lot or a little? It's definitely enough experience to write a review, but a breakdown after a year of use is a bit of a letdown...
One thing to note is that I don't mop the floor more than once a week, since my robot vacuum takes care of it daily. It vacuums and wipes the floor, but mopping with a mop is still a must. Plus, it's super handy to quickly wipe up spills or messes with the mop. My kids usually leave me the messy work on the kitchen floor.
PRICE:
I bought the set for around 2,100 rubles about two years ago. I checked the prices now and was surprised - you can get a mop with a wringer and bucket from Zetter for roughly the same price as I paid two years ago.
PACKAGING:
The packaging really impressed me. The box is compact! Smaller than I expected, considering the mop is modular.

I ended up buying a few extra cloths to switch out during cleaning. I really liked the branded cloths - they absorb water well, don't leave streaks or fibers on the floor, and are stored neatly in the bucket.Mop with wringer and bucket from Zetter with extra cloths
MY IMPRESSIONS:
First thing that stands out is the quality of the build - it really feels solid when you hold the thick handle. I've had my fair share of similar sets, but this one's a cut above.

Nothing creaks or wobbles, all the connections are tight - it's clear they put thought into the design. The handle's sturdy, doesn't bend even when I'm being a bit rough during cleaning. Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket I was stoked to see that the bucket is labeled in English.
Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket To wash the mop head, I just drop it into the 'Wash' section, and to wring it out, I use the 'Dry' section. Using the Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket to wash the mop head The squeegee works great - the more I lean and press, the better it wrings out. Check out this super helpful photo. I didn't wring it out all the way. Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket wringing quality On the ease of use.
The mop glides easily around furniture, gets into tight spaces, but not always. The handle attachment is sturdy, but it can't reach under low furniture.

It does an okay job on baseboards, but not perfectly. Corners, of course, are a no-go. I just send the kids to run the mop over the baseboards. Yeah, I'm exploiting child labor, what can I say? At least they're learning a valuable life skill. Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket on baseboards
I've got laminate flooring almost everywhere, and it's light-colored. Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket on laminate flooring
As you know, laminate flooring hates water. The floor's damp, but there's no water damage. That's definitely a plus. If there are stains on the floor, I just use some elbow grease and it comes right out.
The adjustable angle is super handy - I can easily clean under the couch or bed without having to move anything. That's a game-changer for me. Zetter Mop with Bucket
One of the things I love about this mop is that my hands don't get tired, even when I'm cleaning a huge area. The mop itself isn't heavy, and the bucket makes it easy to wring out the head without bending or getting my hands wet. I like to change the head in each room and then rinse everything out in the washing machine on high heat - it comes out looking brand new. Zetter Mop with Bucket
Of course, the head doesn't pick up every last bit of dirt - you'll still have some mess left behind. But it's easy to clean up with the mop at the end of your cleaning session. Does the Zetter Mop with Bucket pick up dirt?
To drain the water, you just need to pull out the plug at the bottom of the bucket. Zetter Mop with Bucket
Just make sure to put it back in its place so you don't lose it. Zetter Mop with Bucket Plug One minor complaintThe handle attachment stays put really well and doesn't slip off during use.
Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket I was really happy with how well it held up at first, but that's where the good news ends. This is a photo of the new mop head. Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket Head Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket
The major downside: after a year, the handle broke off. Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket Broken
Unfortunately, it's not like I can just glue it back together. Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket I've been meaning to write a review on this mop for ages, and if I'd rushed it, I'd have given it 5 stars and been over the moon. But I'm glad I waited. After two years of using the Zetter Mop with Squeegee and Bucket, I can finally share both the pros and cons.
One thing's for sure: the quality of the materials is top-notch, the design is super convenient, and it's been a joy to use. But, unfortunately, my trusty sidekick only lasted a year before the handle broke off.
I'm still using it, but I'm dreaming of a new one. Maybe even one in that sleek black color. Who knows, maybe Santa will bring it to me on Christmas? A mop as a gift? Why not? It's a great one, even if it's not perfect.
Between all the different mop systems out there, I've got two favorites: this one and the Hauswell Smart Mop Kit. The latter's got a handle that's even more reliable.
