I've been using my EkoMobile for a while now, and I gotta say, it's a solid choice for everyday use. The build quality is top-notch, and the battery life is seriously impressive - it lasts longer than I expected.

My Wild Ride with Wildberries: A Wi-Fi Router Review

summarizeEditor's Summary

I thought I scored a sweet deal on a Wi-Fi router with a SIM card from Ecomobile for 350 rubles a month with unlimited internet. But things took a turn for the worse when I went on a month-long vacation and forgot to pay my subscription fee. The real kicker? The money just vanished when I tried to top up my account. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole ordeal. My experience with Wildberries' Wi-Fi router has been a total disaster from start to finish.

My Wild Ride with Wildberries: A Wi-Fi Router Review
I'm still reeling from my experience with Wildberries' Wi-Fi router. I thought I scored a sweet deal - a router with a SIM card from Ecomobile for 350 rubles a month with unlimited internet. The SIM card activated without a hitch, and I even got a decent internet speed.
At first, I was stoked with my purchase. The router was a breeze to set up, and the internet speed was more than enough for my needs. I could stream my favorite shows, browse the web, and even play online games without any issues.
But things took a turn for the worse when I went on a month-long vacation and forgot to pay my subscription fee for that month and the next. I tried to top up my account, but the money just vanished. I started calling the customer support, but the operators didn't respond for hours. I called multiple times over several days, at different times, and even from different numbers. I was left waiting for up to 5 minutes or even an hour for someone to pick up.
I tried to create a personal account, thinking that might help me figure out the issue, but it said my number wasn't found. I'm exhausted. No response, no internet, and no refund. The customer support was completely unhelpful. It's like they've cut costs on hiring operators. Not a good experience at all.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Wildberries. As a customer, I expect a certain level of support and assistance when I need it. Unfortunately, Wildberries fell short on this front. I wouldn't recommend their Wi-Fi router to anyone.
My experience with the Wildberries Wi-Fi router has been a wild ride, to say the least. While the initial setup was smooth, the lack of support and assistance when I needed it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Wildberries.
