A Total Disaster: No Customer Care to Speak Of

summarizeEditor's Summary

This gym is a total disaster - overcrowded, with ancient equipment and a slippery floor that's just waiting for someone to fall. The customer service is basically non-existent, and the manager seems clueless. I'm still waiting for my money back after trying to cancel my contract. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I'm not gonna sugarcoat it – this place is a total letdown. Even one star feels too generous. They don't offer free water, there's no stretching or warm-up zone, and the ellipticals are ancient – like something from the 2000s. The floor is just slippery laminate, and I'm surprised nobody's gotten hurt yet.
The gym is way overcrowded, with at least 10 times more people than it can handle. I asked someone for help finding the step, but nobody knew where it was. The receptionist just told me the trainer was running late and to wait 30 minutes.
The manager seems clueless, and when I called to complain, she yelled at me. I filed a notice to cancel my contract, but a month later, they still haven't returned my money. When I went to their office, they wouldn't even accept the notice.
She's got some wild story about needing a signed agreement to process the refund, but that's just not how legitimate businesses operate. It's all empty promises.
She contradicts herself in the same conversation, and I lost count of how many times she got tangled up in her own lies. The final straw was when they sent me a response from their lawyer, citing some arbitrary rule about refunds. I've already filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency, and their lawyer told me the club is violating the law by not refunding my money within 90 days.
I'm not surprised they're trying to weasel out of it – they clearly don't care about their customers at all. It looks like I'll have to take them to court.
