I stumbled upon this gorgeous mug at Fix Price at the end of December and just knew I had to have it! It was a great value for the price - 174.50 rubles is a steal for a high-quality ceramic mug like this.

EXTERNAL APPEARANCE:
I found this amazing mug at one of my local Fix Price stores, and it was a real treat to find a unique design like this. The mug came in three different designs, two with Russian inscriptions - 'Let my dreams come True' and 'I want to believe in miracles' - and one in English - 'cozy winter vibes'. I chose the one with the English inscription, which had tiny golden snowflakes around the shiny inscription, and it looks way more harmonious.
You can translate 'cozy winter vibes' to 'warm winter feelings' or 'cozy winter atmosphere' - it's a great way to describe the feeling you get when you're sipping a hot drink from this mug. There was no packaging, and on the bottom, there's a sticker with product info:
The sticker stuck easily, leaving almost no residue on the mug's bottom.
MY EXPERIENCE:
Before using it for the first time, I washed the mug in warm water with dish soap and a sponge, and the tiny piece of paper left over from the sticker finally came off:
Inside this mug, the white color is smooth and glossy: I have to say, I loved the original handle on this mug - it's gold and shaped like a Christmas tree, and the design on the mug itself is also gold: Holding onto this handle isn't super comfortable, but it looks absolutely magical! The nice typography on the mug shines beautifully under artificial light: The mug has white snowflakes all over it on a light ceramic background, and it looks super festive and pretty! Any drink in this mug is instantly more enjoyable! And that's exactly what I realized when I bought this mug - I love light, original ceramics with gold designs and trim.
Because of the gold, you can't microwave it or put it in the dishwasher, but I don't do either with my mugs anyway. I just hand wash them.This mug handles boiling water like a pro - the first time I poured in just-boiled water, I was a bit worried about the mug, but it turned out to be fine. I had a similar experience in the past: I bought a new mug, brought it home, washed it, and was about to enjoy a hot coffee when I saw the bottom of the mug crack and the hot water spill all over the table and my feet! Luckily, that didn't happen with this mug, and I enjoyed my coffee, tea, and hot chocolate without any issues.
MY VERDICT:
I'm really happy with my new Christmas mug - it wasn't expensive, it's made of ceramic, and it looks super original thanks to the Christmas tree handle. Because of the gold trim, I can't put it in the dishwasher or microwave it, but that's not a big deal for me! There's something magical about sipping a hot drink from this mug on a cold winter's night, watching the snowflakes fall gently outside under the porch light. It's the perfect way to unwind.
