I've got to say, Bork positions itself as a premium brand, but that's where the good stuff ends. The service they offer is basically non-existent. I tried ordering the same product three times, and each time, I was told it was out of stock, even though the website said they had over 200 units available. That's just misleading customers. And it gets worse. I wanted a monogram on my purchase, but it turned out the last batch of products wasn't meant for personalization. That's just weird. If the product was available, why wasn't my order fulfilled? I had a priority order, and I placed it two weeks before the product arrived. That's not what I'd call premium service - it's more like they're not even trying. And to make matters worse, it looks like they're violating consumer protection laws by providing false information. I'm seriously considering taking them to Rospotrebnadzor. After doing some research, I found out they've already lost a case for misrepresenting the country of origin - it was supposed to be Germany, but it was actually China. I've had some Bork products before, and I gotta say, I'm not impressed. The temperature control is a total letdown, and the personalization wears off quickly. The 'stainless steel' inside started corroding, and I only used it for tea and coffee. It's like I'm using a fake product, but I bought it from their flagship store a year ago, and it was personalized there. So, it's more of a question of what they're actually selling. After a year of using it in the city, the supposedly premium quality is gone, and it's just a mess. I've attached a photo. What we have here is a product with questionable quality, zero service, and a design that's still decent, I guess. But since they changed their logo, I'm guessing they want to distance themselves from the old design.
