In my previous article, I talked about the Diksi application. At that time, I mentioned that I was getting bored with Diksi, but now I'm completely hooked!

I've been making most of my purchases online. Nowadays, banks and credit card companies offer a lot of coupons and discounts. For example, I often receive coupons from Tinkoff bank in the Diksi application. These coupons have helped me use the Diksi application several times.

I discovered the application and went to my favorite category.

And this is really very enticing.

You can get a great coupon for three different products.

This can be done using the Diksi Card. In this way, these coupons will be reflected in your account.

However, coupons are not very useful if you don't make any purchases.

A few days ago, I reached 400 rubles! These rewards accumulated very quickly. I don't see such generosity in other stores. I had some doubts about this, but it turned out that the only free extras were the mousepad covers...

I received another bonus of 100 rubles, and it was valid for a very short time. These bonuses were only valid for a specific product. I reached 500 rubles and that was enough for me. So, I went to the store.

I found out that I can list online bonuses in other stores, but unfortunately, this is not possible in Diksi. I had to go to the store. Our stores are very bad, but I walked there. However, there was a problem there too! The bonuses were not listed. The store employees couldn't even explain the reason for this.

The cashier who was listing the bonuses told me that the bonuses were not working in their system.

Diksi store employees cannot list bonuses. This is very strange!

I called the manager and he told me that I should contact another department. They didn't care about my problem. I couldn't even reach the person who was listing the bonuses. Diksi store employees cannot list bonuses. The bonus system is not working.

I'm a very stubborn and sporty person. A competition started here, but I lost!

My wife went to the store several times and couldn't list the bonuses. This is not a problem specific to this store. The QR code changes very frequently. It's not possible to use the old screen shot. This is very confusing.

When I contacted the department that was supposed to solve my problem, they offered me a solution. They told me to buy a product to solve my problem. But I went to the store to list the bonuses. They couldn't help me with this problem. They were helpless.

While shopping at one store, I received a gift in the application and immediately chose it for my friends. I tried to pay using my credit card, but it was declined. I had to delete the other products because my balance was not enough. I tried to pay again with another transaction, but the cashier told me that my balance was not enough. This kind of loyalty system makes me not want to shop at Diksi. It's a very unpleasant feeling, and this is a reality for me.

After a long process, they informed me by SMS that the problem was not solved, and my 500 rubles were probably wasted.

I do not recommend Diksi and its loyalty system at all.

Diksi is one of the worst stores in our city, and I will not visit it again. This system aside, the stores always have cleanliness issues, are very crowded, and have low-quality products. But finding the procedure is very easy, almost every Diksi store has it.
