Yeah, that's right – they were saying my money was frozen, but I could still use it to pay for their services. I've never encountered a bank that's done something like this before.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with Yandex Bank. I'd transferred 95,000 rubles to my relative, and I'd provided all the necessary documentation. I'd even explained that I didn't plan on using their services again due to the previous incident. But this time, they blocked my account without warning or explanation. I was left with no choice but to take further action.
I filed a complaint with the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes. I also contacted the Prosecutor's Office and the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor). I'm planning to take this further and file a lawsuit against Yandex Bank, seeking compensation for my losses.
