I was super stoked to try out the coffee shop on Suzdal Highway, given how much I love their bakery chain. But what happened next was a total disaster - a perfect storm of bad customer service, long wait times, and disorganization.
We were waiting in line when a young staff member came over and told us we'd have to wait for the hot dogs to be ready. I asked if I could just pay now, but they refused, saying they'd take our payment when the hot dogs were ready. I stepped aside, and two minutes later, I heard them announce that the hot dogs were ready.
