They've been holding onto my 200,000 rubles for two whole weeks, completely ignoring my requests and not even bothering to respond. And if that wasn't enough, they had the gall to tell me to reach out to their support team through Telegram, only to be redirected to a generic chatbot that's been ignoring me for days. The bank eventually returned my money, but Robokassa is still pretending like nothing happened, leaving me with a whopping 200,000 rubles that they're refusing to return.
