I've been a client of Ozon marketplace for a long time now. If I'm being honest, I used to make most of my purchases on another marketplace, but lately, I've been shifting more and more of my orders to Ozon.
To get the most out of Ozon, I just set up a virtual card. For purchases outside of Ozon, I got a physical card.
Getting Started
Setting it up was a breeze. I just ordered a pick-up point with my order and that was it.
The card costs 1 ruble.
The card arrives in a blue envelope. The staff at the pick-up point takes a photo of me with the card.
Design
The card is a bright blue color and is not personalized.

The App
To fully utilize the Ozon bank, you can download the Ozon bank app.
Ozon Bank CardBut you can also access it without the app, just by opening the Ozon marketplace app and navigating to the relevant tab.
You'll need to set a PIN code to access the app.
On the main page, you'll see your account balance. You'll also see both your virtual and physical cards. There are quick-access buttons for payment by QR code, topping up, and transferring funds.
Below that, you can view all your transactions.
Cashback
Ozon bank has two reward systems: cashback and products for 1 ruble. I've opted for cashback.
All the information about cashback is in the rewards section.
At the top, you'll see your current cashback balance.
It's paid out every month on a specific day, depending on when your billing cycle starts. Mine's on the 2nd.
Each month, you can choose four categories with increased cashback.

Card maintenance is free. You might be charged for SMS notifications, but you can turn them off.
Premium Subscription
You can sign up for a premium subscription, but the benefits are minimal. It doesn't even increase the cashback limit. It costs 199 rubles. You get an additional fast food category, free SMS, and some online services, as well as free courier delivery from a certain amount.
Replenishment
You can top up your card via Sberbank's mobile payment system. The transfer is instant.
Support
The chat support isn't very user-friendly. When you transition to the chat, you can't immediately type in your question. You have to choose a category, then a subcategory, and so on. Then, a bot responds with a generic message that doesn't answer your question. To get a proper answer, I usually type 'operator,' and a human will connect within five minutes.
