I bought this sander over a year ago (you can find it on Ozon, Wildberries, and probably other places too). It feels like a coarse-grit sandpaper with flat, round nodules.

The other side of the sander is like this - it finishes the job with a soft, sanding touch, just like sandpaper, but gentle.

These were my heels to start with.

I worked on my heels dry, without soaking my skin in water, using the side with the nodules directly on my skin:

It's warm, not painful - just take your time and do it gradually.

You'll get a lot of 'grit' - a ton of it, actually - and I kept wiping it away:

I was blown away by how much better the sole felt with each step, and the deep cracks were finally gone. Don't forget to use a nitrogen-based cream to speed up the healing process.

The outcome was way beyond my expectations, and it only took one go.

The one thing that's been bugging me throughout the year of using this thing is the tiny nail file that keeps popping out of the handle.
