I've been thinking about getting a new sofa for quite some time - about three months, actually. My old one was driving me crazy with its creaking.
And then, it was time for the New Year's holidays, when you can go shopping without any worries. But in our Moscow region, all the furniture stores had sofas of any taste, just not the one I wanted.
So, I decided to browse the internet, and that's when I stumbled upon the online store MebelVia.
After comparing prices with our offline stores, I found out that MebelVia offers furniture at a better value for money, especially with discounts. For example, the sofas that somewhat caught my attention in offline stores cost at least 30 thousand rubles, but they didn't match my color and size preferences, and in the online store, I could find an L-shaped sofa for up to 20 thousand.
The furniture selection in the online store is huge, in my opinion, there's everything you need.
Delivery.
The delivery service operates in the Moscow region at the following prices:
Despite the fact that there's a furniture store just five hundred meters from my house, they wouldn't deliver the furniture to me cheaper than from the other end of the city (it always seemed unfair, as their delivery guy would spend no more than 10 minutes unloading).
So, the delivery cost from Moscow (100 km away) didn't scare me, I even thought it would be more.

Delivery time.
The delivery time is indicated on the website, but in my case, it increased from 10 to 14 days. The manager informed me that the chosen sofa was out of stock, so I had to wait for production.
The appointed day turned out to be a Saturday, which was perfect for us - a day off, we wouldn't have to ask for time off work.
Assembly.
You can also order the assembly of the furniture. We didn't know anyone who could assemble the sofa, so we decided to order it as well, the cost is as follows:
My choice.
I was immediately drawn to several sofas, but I finally chose the following:
I chose this one because it had the perfect size, color, angle, a small table, and a closet for laundry (which turned out to be very spacious) - all this information is available next to the product.
You can also filter by price, color, material, and other parameters when choosing.
Ordering was a breeze.
I placed my order in two clicks. Just add the product to your cart and head to checkout.
I placed my order on a Friday evening during the holidays. I didn't get a confirmation call until Monday, but they actually called me on Saturday to confirm the order and discuss delivery details.
The day before delivery, the delivery manager called to confirm the delivery time and amount.

The delivery driver called to let me know he'd be arriving within 1-1.5 hours. He was right on time.
Everything was there, including instructions. The color matched the website photos, and I was able to assemble it in 15 minutes.

I had to make a second purchase from Mebelvia because they sent me a special offer that was too good to pass up. We live in a rental apartment, and our old mattress was a disaster. They offered a great deal on an electric mattress, and I couldn't resist.
The price was 5,500 rubles, which was significantly cheaper than anything else I'd found. We were so fed up with our old mattress that we were willing to pay that price out of our own pocket.
I placed the order late at night, and the next day, the manager called to confirm. However, he quoted me a delivery price of 990 rubles, but the website said it was 490. I complained, and he checked again, confirming the lower price.
However, when the delivery driver arrived, the invoice showed a delivery price of 990 rubles. My husband paid it, and I was furious.
When I found out, I decided to investigate and get a refund. I hate it when businesses take advantage of their customers.
And then things got really interesting.
I called to complain, and they confirmed that there was an error, but they directed me to their customer service department. They asked me to write a detailed account of the situation in an email, which I did. And then... nothing.
I waited a day or two and wrote again. They sent me a template for a complaint letter, which I filled out and sent back. And then... nothing again.
It took a week, and I wrote again. Finally, after two weeks, they called me back and said they'd found my complaint. They recorded my order number and told me they'd get back to me. And then... nothing.
I called again a few days later, and they told me that I wasn't owed anything because the delivery was 990 rubles, not 490. Unfortunately, it took some tough talk and a reminder of the relevant laws for me to get my 500 rubles back.
I have to say, if I hadn't pushed back, they probably wouldn't have given me a refund...

I'd give Mebelvia two stars and I wouldn't recommend ordering furniture from them, because situations like this just shouldn't happen. You have the right to get the product at the price you see on the price tag (website). Not to fight for it afterwards, wasting your nerves and time.
Maybe this was just a one-off, so I'd suggest to the store to work on their customer service!
