I opted for the compact model so I could use the vacuum as a handheld device. It's been a total game-changer for me, especially when it comes to cleaning tight spaces and stairs.

This thing shows you the speed, battery level, Wi-Fi connection, and any error messages that pop up. I mean, it's super helpful to know when my Clean Brush is getting clogged, or when my Clean Tank needs to be emptied. And let's be real, the Clean Hera gets clogged too, so it's good to keep an eye on that.Then there's the power button and the speed switch. This model's got four speeds: eco, mid, max, and auto - which is actually pretty cool, because it adjusts the suction power based on the floor type and how dirty it is. I've been using the auto setting and it's been doing a great job.▶ The Dustbin.

It's 300ml, and it's got a cyclonic dust collection system that's been doing a great job of keeping my floors clean.

You can empty the Hera filter in two ways: either by opening the bottom by pressing the side button, or by taking the whole thing off - it clicks shut, and there's a little lock icon on it. The cyclonic bit comes out by pulling on the handle, which is on the Hera filter. Then you just pull off the filter, and underneath it's a black foam gasket. And that's it. Oh, and it comes with a few attachments - the standard ones like the crevice tool, the 2-in-1, and the delicate surface tool.▶ Besides that, there's this nifty little dusting brush. For me, it's been a total game-changer. It picks up crumbs from soft furniture and throw blankets in a snap. The dusting brush is a breeze to remove and has a special lip and indicator to show which way to turn it.

My old vacuum from a different brand just stopped working because it couldn't handle the carpet. I later found out that for carpets, you need a brush with V-shaped bristles, while for laminate and tile, a soft-bristled brush is better. When I started shopping for a new vacuum, I prioritized the brush. Not many models come with V-shaped bristles.

It does an amazing job with my long hair, picking it up instantly and wrapping it around the brush.

The sides have rubberized wheels. The brush itself is super maneuverable and spins like a charm.

I highlighted the stabilizer, which keeps the brush securely in place when you attach it to the base.

▶ I'm happy to report that cleaning and swapping out the filters is a total breeze - the valves come out easily and wipe clean with no fuss at all. ▶ Led lighting - I thought it'd be a nice-to-have feature, but it's actually super useful. I've got to say, this type of cleaning isn't going to replace mopping for me. I've got two Polaris vacuums with these attachments, and it's still a struggle to get water out of them. You have to press those rubber balls for the water to flow onto the cloth. I was a bit worried about getting notifications to replace the filters, but I'm glad I did. It's connected to my kettle and floor scales, so I'm stoked I set it up. For the instructions on how to download and connect the vacuum, you can check the user manual or the website for a digital copy. Once you've downloaded it, the pop-up windows will guide you through the next steps. For the vacuum, it's not really necessary, but I've never needed the cleaning history to be honest. And I can see the charge level on the display. I wanted to mention the stand separately. At first, I was worried that the vacuum would fall over or that I'd put it together wrong and break something. The stand is made of plastic, it's a big square base with a hole in the middle. Inside the hole, there's a plastic part with special elements that charge the battery. There's an input port on the side for charging. There are three holders for extra attachments, one of which is a semi-circle and only fits the mini brush. The vacuum stays upright thanks to the special feet and the main brush's fixation. After using it for a while, I've never had the battery die on me, and I live in a 90 sqm apartment. I vacuum before I mop the floors, and after each cleaning session, I put it on charge. The stand is both for storage and charging, and you can't charge the battery without it. Maybe it's not everyone's cup of tea to store and charge it this way. I've gotta say, the Polaris PVCS 7090 HandStickPRO Aqua has a lot of similarities with this model, but what caught my attention was the V-shaped brush that picks up my hair from the carpets like a charm. I've gotta say, this crevice tool with its soft bristles and rubber inserts is a total game-changer for getting into tight spaces around my laminate flooring, and it's also come in handy when attaching the main brush to my wet vacuum attachment. ▶ I'm absolutely obsessed with both of these vacuums - they're powerful, compact, easy to maneuver, and a breeze to use!
