When I opened the box, I was greeted with a standard unboxing experience - a cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap. But I was excited to see what was inside.

There's info about the pan and a usage diagram on the sides, which was super helpful for understanding how to use it.

The pan itself is just lying there in the box, no extra inserts or packaging. It's a straightforward design that gets the job done.

So, this is a stainless steel adjustable ring that's meant to hold and shape round forms in cakes, pastries, layered salads, and other treats. Our ring stands at 8 cm tall, as you can see on the inside of the image.

The minimum diameter of the form is 16 cm, which was perfect for my recipe. I was able to get a good size for my pancake tower.

The maximum diameter is 30 cm, which would be great for cakes or layered salads for a big group. It's a versatile size that can handle a variety of recipes.

It's super easy to adjust the diameter with the handles - I didn't even need my husband's help, and I managed to do it on my own. The design is user-friendly and intuitive.

For the recipe below, I didn't use any protection for the form, but that's because I was only using it to shape the baked goods, not bake them. So, cleaning it was a breeze. If you're planning to bake, I'd recommend using a silicone mat or parchment paper. For salads, a plastic wrap should do the trick. I'm guessing there won't be any issues with using the form.

Next up, we have to bake our crepes. I usually make about 4-5 of them, and I set them aside to cool in a separate container. Now, it's time to assemble our rose. I always start with the base. I spread a layer of filling on each crepe, then stack them on top of each other and spread a layer of filling on top. Then, I roll them up to create the base of our rose.
