I reached out to customer support, and they created a ticket, promising to respond via SMS by December 4. But it was radio silence.
Fast forward to December 16, I decided to follow up, and the support rep started spinning a tale that I wasn't authorized on the site when I made the purchase, so no cashback would be issued. Here's the kicker: I registered for an account specifically because of the cashback offer, and I was logged in when I made the purchase. The order was even saved in my account, which wouldn't have happened if I wasn't authenticated.
