Round Lab Soybean Facial Cleanser

I've been using this Round Lab Soybean Facial Cleanser for a while now, and I'm really impressed with how gentle it is on my skin. The soybean formula is the key here - it's powerful enough to get a deep clean, but still easy on my skin's natural oils. I've noticed a big difference since switching to this cleanser, and I love that it's perfect for daily use without stripping my skin.

summarizeEditor's Summary

I'm still obsessed with my go-to skincare series from Round Lab, and I'm excited to share my experience with you. I've been using the Soybean products for a while now, and I'm hooked. The entire Soybean line is centered around soybean extract, sourced from the pristine mountainous region of South Korea. This series is designed to provide long-lasting anti-aging benefits, making it perfect for women over 50, but it's also a hit among Korean women from 25 and up. I love how easy it is to incorporate these products into my daily skincare routine - they're gentle, non-irritating, and work well with my sensitive skin.

I'm still obsessed with my go-to skincare series from Round Lab, and I'm excited to share my experience with you. I've been using the Soybean products for a while now, and I'm hooked!
The entire Soybean line is centered around soybean extract, sourced from the pristine mountainous region of South Korea. This series is designed to provide long-lasting anti-aging benefits, making it perfect for women over 50, but it's also a hit among Korean women from 25 and up.
Country of origin: South Korea
Volume: 150 ml
A bit about my skin:
I'm 34, with enlarged pores, oily shine, and almost no acne now, but I used to have a lot of post-acne scarring when I started using this series.
Packaging
The carton box has the same design as the rest of the series, featuring soybean-inspired graphics.
The box contains the main product information in Korean.
The tube itself is comfortable to hold, made of high-quality plastic that retains its shape until the end. You'll need to squeeze the product out like toothpaste, as there's no dosage control. The product is Round Lab Soybean Cleanser
This face wash is definitely not your average cleanser. I wouldn't even call it a cleanser – it's more like a scrub. There's no classic white color or thick, foamy texture. Plus, I always thought scrubs should be super gentle, like a cloud, but this one surprised me. It's actually really gentle, non-irritating, and pleasant to use.
The scent is pretty unique – it reminds me of something called badiaga, which is a seaweed-based treatment that was often prescribed for skin issues when I was younger. It's not a bad smell, though – I kind of like it! It's just not your typical floral or perfumy scent – it's more of a natural, earthy smell.
The scrub itself contains tiny particles made from five-grain zea seeds. When I use it, the particles don't dissolve, but they don't irritate my skin either – even my sensitive skin with inflammation. They help remove dead skin cells and deeply clean my skin.
When I use it with the hydrating oil from the same series, it does an amazing job of cleansing clogged pores. Since I started using this series, I've hardly had any acne at all.
It also contains eco-keratin and squalane, which don't dry out my skin or make it feel tight.
Ingredients:
Water, Glycerin, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Acrylates Copolymer, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Hydrogenated Coconut Acid, Phaseolus Angularis Seed Powder, Glycine Max (Soybean) Seed Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Powder, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour, Coix Lacryma-Jobi Ma-yuen Seed Powder, Phaseolus Radiatus Seed Powder, Squalane, Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Ceramide NP, Phytosphingosine, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Sodium Isethionate, Potassium Benzoate, Butylene Glycol, Polyquaternium-67, Hexadecene, 1,2-Hexanediol, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Tetradecene, Sorbitol, Citric Acid
Value for Money
I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the price of this set. I bought it on Black Friday for 9,900 rubles, which is a steal considering it usually costs around 11,000 rubles. And the best part? It came with free shipping from Korea! If I were to buy it separately on the Russian website, I'd be looking at around 1,400-1,800 rubles.
Verdict
This face wash has won me over! It's gentle yet effective at removing dead skin cells, and I love that it's not too harsh. I never thought I'd be excited to buy another face wash, but this one has really impressed me. I've been using it for a while now, and I'm already on my second tube!
