I was really disappointed with Panasonic's service. I'm used to online stores running smoothly, but they fell short.
They promised delivery in 4-5 days, but it took over two weeks. That's not exactly what I'd call prompt.
I ordered one camera, but what showed up was another one altogether. I had to spend an hour on the phone with their support team trying to get it sorted out.
They even scheduled a pickup for me to return the wrong camera, but the courier never showed up. And when I asked them to reschedule, I didn't hear back.
This whole ordeal has been going on for a month now, and I'm at my wit's end. The hassle and frustration aren't worth the money I could save buying from them again.
