Damir started flying at 30, which is pretty impressive, considering his dad said most pilots are already retired by that age.

But one thing was clear - he dreamed of flying.

So, his first family life didn't work out.

It's hard to find support from a loved one in a situation like that.

We all want things to happen now, not everyone is good at waiting and hoping.

The movie puts a huge emphasis not just on the loud plane crash and the heroic act, but also on the fates of ordinary people.

Who was on that flight?

So many people...

A pregnant woman in her final trimester, a kind priest, a sweet Armenian man with persimmons, a young couple who were constantly fighting and on the verge of breaking up...

These people were all on the brink of death!

So, their stories added even more drama and tension to the movie.

Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan of how they handled the storyline.

Especially if you're expecting to see more details about the flight, technical specs, and so on.

But let's be real, it's a movie, not a documentary, so I get why they took some creative liberties.

As someone who's very empathetic, watching the passengers' fear before landing was really tough for me - I was totally invested, and I found myself getting emotional.

That being said, I would have loved to see more about the main character's backstory - I felt like we missed out on some interesting details.

I've got to say, the operator work in this movie is top-notch.

The visuals are absolutely stunning – I mean, that cornfield scene had me hooked!

The pacing is spot on, and I was never bored.

The soundtrack really stood out to me, too. It did a fantastic job of amplifying key moments and adding an extra layer of emotional depth.
