But my experience hasn't been entirely smooth sailing. I made sure to book my trips well in advance, with all the details set up in their system. However, the driver selection process seems to be pretty random. Most of the time, I got a different person each time, except for this one woman who's always been my morning driver. She's always been on time and has never let me down. But two evenings in a row, they just couldn't find a driver for me. And when I called to ask what was going on, the operators just told me that they couldn't pick up my kid because 'nothing was available.' I mean, come on - it's not like I'm asking them to find a unicorn or something. It's just a simple pickup. I get that mistakes happen, but it's the way they handled it that really bothered me.
