A Sweet Little Find: Le&Ti Fruit Lip Gloss

I'm always on the lookout for a new lip gloss to try, especially during the harsh Siberian winters. My lips tend to get really dry and chapped, so I need something that'll keep them moisturized and looking good. I recently picked up the Le&Ti fruit lip gloss, and I'm really happy with it.

I bought it on WB, and I took advantage of the 1+1 deal they had going on. I wasn't sure which flavor I'd get, but I was hoping for the best. When the lip glosses arrived, I was a bit surprised to find that they came in a crinkly plastic wrap with no packaging. It's not uncommon, though - I remember seeing it in stores all the time when I was a kid. The design of the plastic bottle is really cute and simple. I love the little fruits and flowers all over the lip gloss - it's like a miniature work of art. The bottle is also see-through, which is great for getting a sense of the product inside. Plus, it's small enough to toss into your bag or give as a gift. The lip gloss itself is pretty transparent and feels more like a moisturizer than a typical lip gloss. It's not super thick, but it gives a decent finish. I like applying it in two layers, and it looks pretty good that way. It gives a minimal shine, no sparkles like the high-end liquid lipsticks. This is a pretty understated gloss.

But despite being a bit subtle, the Le&Ti lip gloss still looks nice on the lips. It's not too overpowering, so you can wear it with any outfit and occasion. It doesn't mess up your look and, most importantly, it doesn't dry out your lips. You can even use it as a substitute for balm if you want to add some moisture.

The only thing I don't like about this lip gloss is that it's a bit sticky, and if you're outside on a windy day, your hair might stick to your lips. But this happens with most lip glosses, so it's not exclusive to this one.

I've got to say, the scent of this lip gloss is really nice. It's got a bit of a chemical smell, but the sweetness wins me over. The fruity aroma is spot on, too - it's just like the picture on the bottle.

The shine lasts for a couple of hours, and then you need to reapply. If you've got super dry lips, it doesn't last as long, but that's not a problem for me - I always have a stash of lip balms on hand and love applying them.

All things considered, I'm really happy with the fruit oil lip gloss from Le&Ti. It's super easy to use, and at the price I paid, it's an absolute steal. The seller lists this cosmetic product as a 'lip gloss', but the bottle says 'oil'. I'm not sure why there's a discrepancy, but I didn't notice any difference. On the product page, it's even listed as a 'lip oil-gloss' to make sure it's clear what it is.

The cap on this lip gloss is super simple, just a basic turn-style thing. I mean, you don't expect much from a product like this. But it's actually pretty sturdy, so it protects the applicator from damage and dust. And let's be real, dust and tiny particles are the worst enemies of products like this. The cap is also painted the same color as the gloss, which looks really nice and matches the overall design of the bottle. The threading is also done well, and the cap glides on easily without any issues.

The applicator is basically a tiny ball, and it looks a bit like a mini deodorant. It's actually pretty funny that these lip glosses came out before the ball-shaped deodorants, and I guess people already knew how to use them. The ball spins smoothly and picks up the gloss from the bottle easily. Unlike a brush, it doesn't bend or get stiff.
