The handle's got the brand logo on it – that's about the only bit of flair on this pan. The handle's not removable, but it's attached with a standard bolt – you can take it off if you need to clean the joint, though.

I've got a few pancake pans, so I've got some experience to compare this one to. So far, I haven't found any downsides to using the Kookabara pan. That's really great to see. If only I'd bought another one of these pans, it would be a game-changer for me, especially during Lent.
