I've got a story to share that could've happened to anyone, but I'm just lucky I made it out with my sanity intact.
I recently had a nightmare experience with Kassir.ru, and I'm still fuming about it.
I'd used the site before without any issues, but this time was a real eye-opener.
So, let's get to the point:
I bought a ticket to the Alexandrov Ensemble concert on Kassir.ru on September 4th. I'd chosen my seat, paid, and the ticket arrived in my email. All that was left was to wait for the concert date - September 15th, 2023.
Available seats at the time of purchaseBut on September 14th, I started feeling uneasy about the concert. I wondered if it was actually going to happen...
To get to the bottom of things, I went back to the website to check the event's status and seating chart. And that's when I discovered that... THE CONCERT WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!
I thought to myself, 'This doesn't smell right'... and decided to reach out to the website for an explanation.
First, I called the contact number - NO ANSWER!
Second, I posted a question in the VK group - NO RESPONSE, AND MY MESSAGE WASN'T EVEN READ!
My message in VK wasn't readThird, I sent an email to the official address.
At least I got a response a few hours later.But what a response it was! They just sent me a generic reply saying there were no cancellations!
Are you kidding me? How do you explain the fact that the event just vanished from the list?
I took screenshots of their news page, where they're supposed to announce any changes or cancellations - and guess what? Nothing!

And then the day of the concert arrived.
I personally called the RDK where the concert was supposed to take place, and guess what? They confirmed that the concert was indeed cancelled!
I was furious - why do I have to do all this research to find out about the cancellation? Why do you provide such a poor service? Why don't you notify your customers about the cancellation? Was it your goal to have me show up at 6 PM and kiss the lock?
Naturally, I sent them an email asking these questions.
I've been waiting for a decent response from them, but it's been a while. I'm starting to think I'm their boss, forcing them to actually do some work and check the event schedule!
But then, out of the blue, I got an official email saying the concert was cancelled!
Now, I'm curious to see when they'll refund my money.

The Verdict:
Guys, I'm warning you: don't make the same mistake I did. Don't buy tickets from this website – it's way easier to just go to the box office or find another service. But whatever you do, avoid Kassir.ru. They'll drive you crazy!
This is a completely unclient-centric organization that doesn't value or respect its customers. They can't even be bothered to notify you about event cancellations in a timely manner, and when they do, they make you jump through hoops to get your money back. They'll do everything to keep you on edge and make you waste your time!
