Hello!
I've been there too - you need to order a gift in a hurry, and you want it to be genuine and without any surprises.
With so many fake shops selling flowers and gifts, it's tough to know if everything will arrive in one piece.
That's when I think of Flowwow.
I've ordered from them three times, and each experience was different - sometimes it was smooth sailing, and sometimes it was a bit of a bumpy ride (more on that later).
So, why do I still order from them sometimes? I'll get into that later.
Let's take a look at the website first.
It's easy to find - just type 'Flowwow' or 'FlaUWa' in the search bar, and it'll pop right up.
There are other variations of the name, but it's always easy to find.
Main page
On the main page, you can see right away that there are plenty of gift categories, and then there's a huge selection to choose from.
As you scroll through the page, it asks you to input the delivery address, and then it starts showing you flower arrangements based on your location.
Setting up an account was a breeze - just enter your phone number and basic info, and you're good to go. There are tons of categories to choose from, but I'll give you the quick rundown of the main sections. The 'Flowers' section is a classic - always in style.
On Flowwow, you'll find a massive selection of flower shops, so you can pick the perfect bouquet for any occasion.
Flowers are, hands down, the most popular and foolproof gift option.
I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of flower arrangements available.
You'll find everything from roses to tulips, chrysanthemums, peonies, lilies, and even more - it's a flower lover's paradise!
There are both standard bouquets and custom bouquets available. The prices for flowers on Flowwow vary depending on the store, the composition of the bouquet, and the season.
But what's great is that there are options to suit any budget – from small but adorable compositions to luxurious custom bouquets.
As for shipping, the cost usually depends on the distance between the partner store and the recipient's address.
In my case, the average shipping cost came out to around 300 rubles, which is a pretty reasonable price for the convenience and the guarantee that the gift will arrive on time.
Sometimes there's even free shipping.

Category: Indoor Plants.
Another category of gifts worth checking out on Flowwow is indoor plants.
This is a great way to surprise a loved one, decorate their home or office, and show you care.
What you can find in this section: Various types of plants, from low-maintenance succulents to exotic orchids, from lush figs to vibrant citrus plants.
There are plants in pots and planters, plant compositions, and even plant care tools (which could be a great addition to a gift for beginner gardeners).
Gift SectionI love that Flowwow has a whole section dedicated to gift certificates.
It's a total game-changer when you want to give someone an experience or the chance to treat themselves, rather than just a physical gift.
Tea and Coffee Section
Flowwow's got a great selection of teas and coffees that would make an amazing gift or a nice addition to a bigger present.
What you can find here: a variety of teas, coffee, and gift sets.
I'm going to combine the next sections into one and call it: Home Decor (Tableware, Handmade Items)
Flowwow's got a fantastic selection of home decor items that'll help you create a cozy atmosphere and add some personality to your space.
They're perfect gifts for anyone who loves decorating or just wants to add something new and stylish.
Plus, if you're into handmade stuff, you can find some unique pieces from local artisans.
What's in this section?: Candles and holders, vases, dishes, boxes, paintings, decorative figurines, and textiles (throw pillows, blankets, tablecloths, rugs).

Section: Cosmetics, perfumes, and accessoriesFlowwow's also got a great range of cosmetics, perfumes, and stylish accessories that'll make a fantastic gift or a lovely treat for yourself.
One of the best things about this section is the skincare products: face and body creams, serums, masks, and cleansers from both big-name brands and niche producers.
I'm a big fan of ISKRA, a Sochi-based brand known for their candles and skincare – they offer some great scrubs and sprays here.
But, let's be real, you can often find these products cheaper on Ozon.
There's also perfumes, accessories, and gift sets in this section.
The Sweet Treats section
I couldn't resist the most sweet-tooth-friendly section on Flowwow – it's a real treat trove that's sure to elevate any celebration.
What really caught my eye in this section: bento cakes, pastries, fruits, and strawberries in chocolate (this one in particular had me hooked, and I decided to try the strawberry-chocolate combo).
My order was a real treat!
I opted for the strawberry truffle in Belgian chocolate with blueberry, which set me back 1800 rubles for a pack of 16 pieces.
That's plus 299 rubles for shipping.
Unfortunately, this particular pack is no longer in stock, but here's what the product card looks like:
I added the product to my cart and was immediately offered the option to choose a delivery date.I picked a time that suited me, and there were plenty of options to choose from – it's super convenient, even if you want a delivery at night!
They also throw in a greeting card with your order, which you can use to leave a message – not really relevant to me, since I was buying it for myself!Anyway, you can see from the screenshot that everything is nice and intuitive.
All that's left to do is pay by card and wait for your order!
By the way, they have a loyalty system in place – I earned 54 bonus points on my next purchase after this order.
There's also a 'Bring a Friend' scheme, where you get points and your friend gets a discount on their first order.
When your order is ready to be shipped, they send you a photo first.
This is really great – it gives you the chance to check that everything is in order, that the product looks like you expected, and that it's nicely packaged.
If there's any issue with shipping, you'll have a clear record of how the gift looked before it was handed over to the courier... Shipping.
The courier turned up on time, just as promised.
They handed me a package with my strawberry chocolate in it.
When I opened it, everything looked great: a nice box with the fruit and some cards.
It immediately gave me a celebratory feel, even though I'd ordered it without a reason.
The first thing I'd say is that it's well-packaged. The strawberries were in a box with a transparent window, wrapped in a beautiful blue ribbon with the logo. If I'm being picky, I'd say the only thing I'd mention is that the transparent window on the box was a bit worn out and scratched - you can see it on the photo here: Overall, it's all good! I'd say the packaging exceeded my expectations - the photos before ordering were super accurate. The order came with an empty insert (as intended), but unfortunately, I've misplaced it somewhere...I was so excited to dig in, but I immediately realized I had misplaced it, and I couldn't find it to show you.
And then there was this card with the label "Dubai Chocolate" and information clearly about a different product.
I'm not sure if they mixed up the order or what, but it's a bit confusing and unclear why it's here.
If I were buying this as a gift, the recipient would have questions: "Is this really my order?"
IngredientsI found on the website, quoting:
Strawberry, milk chocolate Callebaut (Milk chocolate Callebaut 33% cocoa composition: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, cocoa)
Opening the box to show you closer: everything looks great on the outside, and it smells deliciously like chocolate.
The declared weight of the order was 300 grams. Unfortunately, I got a bit distracted and we immediately started drinking tea.So, to put it mildly, that's the end of that story.
Closer look at the strawberry. They're nice and tidy, looking great.
When it comes to flavor: the chocolate is super tasty, no question.I think the berries are flash-frozen before they're dipped in chocolate, and you can definitely taste that.
It's like eating fresh strawberries, but not quite.
Overall, it's more tasty than not.
What really bugged me, though, was running into some unripe berries - you can see them on the photo.I guess that's on the creators who made the order: they clearly knew what they were getting.
The verdict on the berries: it really depends on the store.
I used to buy a bouquet of strawberries for my aunt, order from a different city - she loved it, and everything was fine.
I'm even showing the before and after photos - the order was placed, and everything turned out great.
Honestly, I found myself wanting to try it out too.If I'm being totally honest, I probably wouldn't risk ordering strawberries as a gift anymore - it's just a bummer if the recipient gets unripe fruit.
Anyway, let's talk about my first order with Flowwow!
We've covered the strawberries, so now it's time to share my experience with the flowers - I actually bought a bouquet for my grandma in another city.
Expectation vs Reality:
Reality check: grandma ended up with this weird 'square' of flowers instead of the lush bouquet she was expecting. She said it looked like it was wrapped in plastic wrap, and on the photo, it looked way more impressive.
To make matters worse, some of the flowers were wilted – you can see them on the photo I took before shipping, in the bottom row.
Photo before delivery I left a comment explaining the issue, but neither the store nor the service responded or apologized. That really soured my experience, and I didn't order flowers from Flowwow for a long time after that. That was back in 2023, hopefully, they've improved their customer service since then.
Overall verdict and rating:
In general, I'd say that Flowwow offers a lot of diverse and interesting gift options, and my recent strawberry purchase, despite some minor issues, was a pleasant experience.
However, since you can't control each seller, the execution of the order is a 50-50 shot.
They delivered on time 100% of the time.
One order really let me down (grandma's flowers), another exceeded my expectations (strawberries for my aunt), and the third was a solid 4 out of 5.
My final verdict: The service is decent, but you really need to be super careful when choosing the store and reading reviews.
I might use it again if I'm sure about the specific seller (like ordering from the store that put together a package for my aunt).
