Fast forward to when my child turned one and a half, and their height reached 74 cm. The cold weather rolled in, and I wanted to switch from a transitional outfit to a proper winter one.
The jacket is marketed as winter gear, but it's definitely lightweight. Inside, there's a soft yellow fleece along the spine, sides, knees, and hood.
Design and Features
The jacket's surface is made of a dense, yet not dubiously thick membrane.It doesn't let water in, and stains are easily wiped off with a damp cloth or a towel.However, my child was still cold at -2°C, even though they were slowly walking in the snow. I wanted to add a fleece-lined jacket underneath, but it was impossible to zip it up due to the child's sturdy build. So, we ended up leaving the jacket until spring, not wanting to add an extra layer.
