However, when I looked at my certificate, I realized the three months were counted from January 1st, with no mention of it anywhere. I asked the sales department about it, and they gave me different explanations each time. I had to ask multiple times to get a straight answer. I didn't ask for any special treatment, and I trusted the club.
As a result, instead of three months, I got only two. But that's not even the main issue. I tried to contact the sales department, but they didn't help me. Then, I found the manager's contact in their Telegram channel and got a response after a long, unpleasant conversation: 'Don't like our club? Take your money and leave.' That's the gist of it. The way they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable! They don't treat long-time customers like this. It's clear they're not interested in keeping their customers happy.
