I had pretty high expectations, as I'd read all the positive reviews on marketplaces and imagined it would be a game-changer.

But, as always, reality didn't quite live up to my expectations.

The brand positions itself as modern and eco-friendly, promising convenience, time-saving, and high-quality washing.

First, let's talk about what I liked.

The capsules have a pleasant smell - it's soft, unobtrusive, and fresh, making the laundry smell nice after washing!I also noticed that the capsules foam well and produce decent foam, even on economy wash cycles, and they perform consistently in this regard.Now, onto the not-so-good stuff.

I opened the pack and found that there were only 34 capsules, not 35 as stated on the box.Yes, I'm that person who counts the capsules after purchase.For some, this might seem like a minor issue, but for me, it's a breach of trust and makes me question the manufacturer's honesty.As for the washing effectiveness, I was really disappointed.

It performed okay on some items, especially those with light everyday dirt.I was really disappointed that tough stains like grease, coffee, and food residue didn't come out. I had to use a stain remover and rewash the clothes.For a product that's marketed as a 3-in-1 laundry detergent, stain remover, and fabric softener, this is a total fail. If it can't handle everyday household messes, it's hard to recommend.I have to say, using the capsules is convenient. You don't need to measure the detergent or liquid, it's all pre-measured.

But when the product itself can't get the job done, convenience doesn't really matter. Plus, this product costs 491 rubles, and with its lackluster performance, it's just not worth it!

I'd rather buy a 5-liter bottle of this amazing gel for 399 rubles, and it would last me a lot longer!

Freshness is another thing I mentioned earlier, and it's a bit of a letdown. On the one hand, the scent is pleasant and fresh, but it doesn't linger on clothes like I'd hoped after wearing them. So, the initial impression of freshness comes from the suds and scent during washing, but once the clothes dry, the smell pretty much fades away.

Another thing that bugged me is that I didn't notice any conditioning effect, despite the 3-in-1 promise. The fabrics didn't get any softer after washing, which was a major letdown for me.

Overall, my experience with ECOLEAF Mahogany has left me with a strongly negative impression.

On the one hand, the product does have a pleasant scent and produces a lot of suds, and it's easy to use thanks to the capsule format.

On the other hand, not delivering on one capsule, poor stain removal, and lack of promised conditioning effect = a product that's both ineffective and misleading in terms of its claims.
