I've been selling my creative assets on Creative Market for three years now, and I've had a decent amount of earnings even after the platform's payment issues. I started thinking about relocating my account and withdrawing my money. After some research, I found this company.

From the get-go, everything seemed fine. Their communication via Telegram was decent at first.
One of the positives was that they helped me create documents for relocating to Moldova. It's a pretty straightforward process – you pay, and they send you the document within five days. I'd recommend double-checking this, though. Initially, they got my gender wrong, but they corrected it quickly.
Creative Market accepted the documents without any issues (which is why I'm giving them two stars instead of one).
I then paid for an individual wallet and requested a withdrawal on the platform. Creative Market sent the money, and everything seemed to be working fine. The withdrawal was supposed to be processed by the 10th of the month, and the status in my account changed to 'Sent' (which is what they call 'Отправлено'). I was excited, so I requested the withdrawal via Skrillme.
That's when things started to get interesting.
They changed my wallet to a new one quickly, but I wasn't planning to use it for anything. I'd lost interest by then.
For almost a month, I was in touch with them, and they kept reassuring me that they were professionals. However, it all boiled down to them being unable to do anything. They kept telling me that everything would be fine, but it wasn't.
I tried to get to the bottom of this issue by asking other users in the community chat, but I got banned almost immediately. They told me that 'empty' conversations weren't allowed. I guess I'm just supposed to wait for them to sort it out. The solution I was given was to just wait and see what happens. Either the payment would come through or it would revert back to the original amount once I provided a new working wallet. (Yeah, right.) I've had similar issues before, and I explained this to them. But nope, they just didn't want to take responsibility.
In the end, they suggested that I contact Customer Support directly to initiate the payment search. Apparently, they couldn't do anything themselves. Yeah, I get it – they're not exactly proactive. It's been almost a month now, but my attempts to follow up on the issue were promptly shut down.
The communication then took a turn for the worse. They started telling me to calm down and not 'hysterical' questions, essentially silencing me and dismissing any concerns I had. No one even apologized for their mistake.
Okay, I decided to reach out to Customer Support directly. No surprise there. They replied that they couldn't do anything to help, that everything had been processed on the 3rd. What a shock. I forwarded that response to Skrillme, and here's what I got:
Good day! I've passed on the information to my colleague.
And that was it. The next day, I checked my account, and guess what I saw?
Okay, so they've basically given up on trying to resolve the situation and just spilled the beans. I've requested a refund for the wallet they gave me.
I'm pretty sure they're not going to refund me, though. They're just going to make a profit by keeping the wallet and all the funds that didn't get transferred. What a total scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'll add that I've requested proof of the transaction from the platform. Let's see what happens next.
KM sent me a payment instruction, saying they've paid the money. That's all they can do from their end. They've withdrawn the funds. I've sent them a message on Skype. They told me to write to the payment system's support, asking them to search for the transaction. This is how 'professionals' treat customers.
They apologized after my comment. How nice of them.
I wrote to their support, asking them to find the funds and initiate a refund.
At the same time, I requested a new withdrawal of the remaining funds to a new wallet (not theirs!). They sent the withdrawal, and it arrived when they withdrew it from my account because the wallet was legitimate.
And then, finally, the nice surprise happened! Three days later, KM returned my lost funds. I guess the system detected that there were some unclaimed funds on my account and sent them back.
So, the final verdict. I'm not going to make any more withdrawals with this company. It's just not worth the risk. They don't guarantee that you'll get your money back, and they've even stated that on their website. I've attached the info from their site. The communication is also pretty terrible. They feel powerful because they know you can't do anything about it, and they treat you accordingly. It doesn't matter if it's their fault.
They did make the documents correctly, and the platform accepted them. That's not the issue here. That's it, I think.
