As a dog owner, I'm always on the lookout for a high-quality dog food that meets my pup's specific needs. My Pomeranian has digestive issues, including allergies and food intolerances, so we're always on the lookout for a 'suitable' food that works for us.
After trying various dog foods, I stumbled upon AATU, a brand that offers a unique, bespoke blend of ingredients. What drew me to this brand was their line of single-protein foods and the absence of chicken fat in their recipes. The protein content, lack of grains and cereals, and the presence of joint supplements also met my requirements.
My pup has already tried the duck, salmon, and herring flavors, so I decided to get her the fish and shellfish flavor. This flavor is more expensive by 100 rubles due to the addition of more costly ingredients like shrimp, scallops, and snails.
The packaging is a beautiful blue color with a handle, and the zip-lock is tighter than those of other flavors in this line. However, I prefer the zip-lock of the previous flavors, which closed more easily and stayed intact until the end of the package.
The aroma is strongly fishy but not chemically, and the granules are square, with a good size, making them suitable for both small and medium breeds. They're slightly fatty to the touch, not dry at all.
I have to say, my pup really enjoyed AATU with fish and shellfish, although I think the previous one, just with salmon and herring, was her favorite. The stool was a good one, well-formulated, and I didn't notice any allergies or negative reactions from her digestive system.
