Editor's Summary
I'm sharing my experience with this lending company, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare from start to finish. I applied for a loan, thinking it was a straightforward process, but boy was I wrong. The interest rates were sky-high, and the fine print was a joke. I'm still trying to make sense of it all, but I'll give you the lowdown on what went wrong.

I'm sharing my experience with this lending company because I want to warn others about the nightmare I've been through. I've had to borrow money from time to time, and my experience with this company started back in February 2023. I took out small loans and repaid them on time, sometimes even before the due date, despite their super high interest rates and the fact that they don't even offer insurance in the loan agreement. In August, I needed a bigger sum, and I decided to go back to this company. I applied for a loan of 15,000 rubles, and they offered me two options: a 17-day loan with 5,000 ruble interest and a 2,500 ruble insurance fee, or a 60-day loan with a payment schedule of every two weeks for two months, totaling 10,500 rubles in interest and insurance. I chose the second option. The first payment was due on time, but when it was time to pay the second installment, I ran into some issues. I was more than happy to pay the full amount, including interest, by the end of the loan period. But that's when things took a turn for the worse. I started getting calls and texts from someone claiming to be from the company or their collectors. They wouldn't introduce themselves or their organization, but I could tell from the conversation that they were from this company. The messages were straight-up threatening: I had to pay the debt voluntarily within 24 hours or they would start calling my relatives and friends, asking them to help me pay off the debt or pay it off themselves. If I refused, they would start calling my workplace and demanding that my colleagues help me pay off the debt. They even sent me a list of relatives who, according to them, were mentioned in the loan agreement - which wasn't true. If I didn't pay, they would send 'field workers' to my home to explain to my family that I owed the debt. This is basically psychological pressure and threats. When I contacted the company's support, they told me that their employees had no right to call my relatives or threaten them, and that they couldn't even visit my home. But if they're not allowed to do this, why are they doing it? I have screenshots of the conversation and the correspondence with the unknown person from the company, who was openly threatening and rude. I also have screenshots of the conversation with the support team, who told me to pay the debt immediately. My conclusion is that their collectors are acting illegally. If this continues, I'll record all the conversations and send them, along with the correspondence, to the prosecutor's office. I'm not refusing to pay the debt, and I've told them that I'll pay the full amount, including interest, by the end of the loan period. But they're treating me like a deadbeat debtor. The company's behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I advise anyone who's had a similar experience to report this company to the prosecutor's office.
