Mouse House Review
Mouse House, a place that's neither a family restaurant nor an amusement park, but rather a unique blend of both. Upon entering, we were greeted with a modern and sleek atmosphere, which immediately caught our attention.
We visited Mouse House in December 2016, located in the Zanevsky Kaskadi shopping mall, near the Ladoga metro station. The project is led by Alexei Fursov, the founder of the 'Evrazia' chain, 'Birlikte' restaurant chain, and the Free Mamas luxury club.
As we walked in, we were surprised to see a fully enclosed play area through the transparent glass on the 4th floor. We decided to enter and explore the area.
Upon exiting, we handed over our upper garments to the waiter, but were disappointed to find that the package service was not available.
We then proceeded to explore the play area, which was filled with various activities and attractions. The first thing that caught our attention was the 'bog' and 'porolonlu delik' (a small, shallow pool with a hole in the middle). However, it didn't seem to be very popular among the kids.
A little further ahead, we found the 'girişim tüneli' (a tunnel with a small entrance and exit). However, it was crowded with parents taking photos of their children.
On the other side, we saw a 'tartana' (a small boat) that the security guard helped the kids to safely enter and exit.
The highlight of the play area was the 'dev kuleden' (a large, castle-like structure with a great view). However, our kids didn't seem to enjoy it as much as we expected.
We also visited the 'rotasyon topu' (a spinning top) and 'akvaryum' (an aquarium) areas, but our kids didn't seem to be very interested in them.
One of the most popular attractions was the 'gölgeli tepe' (a shaded hill), but our kids didn't spend much time there. They got a bit overwhelmed and started crying, so we had to intervene and take them away.
The 'iki katlı labirent' (a two-story maze) was another area that didn't seem to be very enjoyable for our kids.
We also noticed that the 'aero hoki' (a hockey game) area was missing the necessary equipment, but two young kids brought their own equipment and played the game.
Other areas that didn't seem to be very impressive were the 'silahlar' (weapons) and 'devredebilen kupa' (a rotating cup) areas.
However, our kids did enjoy the 'bebeğim için en sevdiğim oyuncaklar' (their favorite toys) area, which included a 'keyifli bataklık' (a fun bog), a 'küçük dağ' (a small hill), and a 'plastik top ve bir biraşkın oyuncak' (a plastic ball and a variety of toys) area.
We also saw a 'yüzme havuzu' (a swimming pool) area, but it was empty and nobody was using it.
There was also a 'koşu bandı' (a running track) and a 'başketbol sahası' (a basketball court) area for younger kids.
Overall, we spent about 40 minutes exploring the play area with our kids. However, we didn't find it to be very impressive, and our kids didn't seem to enjoy it as much as we expected.
We also took advantage of the 'balon' (balloon) game area, but our kids didn't seem to be very interested in it.
However, we did take some photos of our kids, which were later posted on our Facebook page.
Overall, we were disappointed with our experience at Mouse House. The play area was not as impressive as we expected, and our kids didn't seem to enjoy it as much as we expected. We would not recommend this place to other families with young children.
Instead, we would suggest visiting the Joki Joya amusement park, which we found to be a much better option.
