Never Again Booking a Tour through Level Travel!

Our experience with Level Travel was a disaster. From booking issues to communication breakdowns, everything went wrong. We would not recommend them to anyone.

We booked a 8-day, 7-night tour to Turkey with Level Travel, but what we got was a nightmare.

Our booking number was 176627187. We were initially offered a flight at 00:10, but it was later changed to 22:00, and then again to 14:15. We were told that we had paid for a full day and night, but the reality was that we would be arriving at the hotel at 5-6 am on the 14th.

The customer service team at Level Travel was unhelpful and unresponsive. We were told that we could only contact them, and not the tour operator, Anex. The operators were either untrained or uncooperative, and one manager, Nikita Manuylov, was particularly rude and unhelpful.

We were told that we had paid for a flight at 00:10, but it was later changed to 22:00, and then again to 14:15. We were also told that we had paid for a full day and night, but the reality was that we would be arriving at the hotel at 5-6 am on the 14th.

The hotel, Gold Island, was a disaster. The room was dirty, with a strong smell of sewage. The linoleum was worn out, and the bathroom was in a terrible state. We were told that the room we had booked was occupied, and we would have to wait until the 15th to be moved to a new room.

We will never again book a tour through Level Travel. The experience was a disaster from start to finish, and we would not recommend them to anyone.
