We booked a 8-day, 7-night tour to Turkey with Level Travel, but what we got was a nightmare.
Booking Issues
Our booking number was 176627187. We were initially offered a flight at 00:10, but it was later changed to 22:00, and then again to 14:15. We were told that we had paid for a full day and night, but the reality was that we would be arriving at the hotel at 5-6 am on the 14th.
Communication Breakdown
The customer service team at Level Travel was unhelpful and unresponsive. We were told that we could only contact them, and not the tour operator, Anex. The operators were either untrained or uncooperative, and one manager, Nikita Manuylov, was particularly rude and unhelpful.
Flight Changes
We were told that we had paid for a flight at 00:10, but it was later changed to 22:00, and then again to 14:15. We were also told that we had paid for a full day and night, but the reality was that we would be arriving at the hotel at 5-6 am on the 14th.
