My Experience

Instead of using it for workouts, I started with my 5th point and belly area. I do have cellulite, and my belly is a bit small, but it's there. The device comes with a 10-minute session time, which is enough to work on the front and back of my thighs, as well as my 5th point. As the time passes, I start feeling tingling sensations under my skin, which I believe indicates the effectiveness of the treatment.
