Usage - in my washing machine, I used 2 tablets, placed them in the drum and ran a gentle cycle at 95 degrees for about 1.5 hours. The second time, I also used 2 tablets and ran the 'Bowl Clean' program. The temperature and duration were similar to the first cycle, around 1.5 hours. In my dishwasher, I placed 1 tablet in the detergent compartment and ran the 'Intensive Cleaning' program at 72 degrees for 3 hours. The manufacturer recommends cleaning once a month.

The results of my use are detailed below.

Honestly, I've had my washing machine for a long time, and I don't even remember the last time I cleaned it. The water in our city is soft, and since we don't have any hard water, there's no buildup of lime scale. As for blockages, I always check my clothes carefully before washing and rarely find any debris like paper scraps or, on one occasion, a detached button. So, I didn't have any reason to clean my washing machine regularly.

However, I recently had to clean my machine after it got clogged for the first time during its entire lifespan. Unfortunately, it's one of those situations where you don't know exactly what led to it, especially if you don't have experience with it. That's what happened to me. My mom brought me some old rugs and asked me to wash them. Since it's difficult to wash them at the dacha, I agreed.

I loaded the rugs into the machine and started the wash cycle. But something went wrong during the process. I noticed that the inner part of the rugs, which is supposed to be rubberized, started to disintegrate due to the hot water. As a result, it clogged the machine and caused a mess. I saw that there were crumbs and a large amount of dirt and sand floating in the tub, which accumulates on rugs when people constantly wipe their feet on them. This is especially common in rural areas where a lot of soil is brought in from the garden.

Eventually, the machine stopped working. It refused to continue washing, and I was really scared. I started draining the water, as the machine wasn't even able to do that. My next step was to check the drain filter. I removed as much debris as I could from it, but unfortunately, the machine still didn't work. I had 90°, which was 'Delicate Wash'. I just observed as the machine went through the cycle with the tablets. I was nearby, just in case something wasn't closed properly or something would leak. There was surprisingly little foam. Then, I checked how the washing machine felt after the cycle.

I wasn't impressed, because it turned out that the sand and dirt had settled back onto the drum. The small particles had covered the entire drum. There was also this weird layer of grease, so it wasn't just sand that could be wiped away with a cloth, but there was also this greasy residue. I wasn't happy with the result, and I decided to clean further.

So, I wouldn't say that the product was effective in my case, I'd give it a 3 out of 10. Although the rubber was cleaned, it's still not enough!
