Our Disastrous Experience with Level Travel
We booked a 8-day, 7-night tour to Turkey with Level Travel, but what we got was a nightmare.
The Never-Ending ChangesOur flight was changed multiple times, with the final change happening just 6-7 days before our trip. We were initially booked on a 00:10 flight, but it was changed to 22:00, and then again to 14:15. Each time, we were told that the changes were due to our request for an early arrival.
The Uncooperative Customer ServiceThe customer service team at Level Travel was unhelpful and unresponsive. We were told that we could only contact them, and not the tour operator, Anex. The operators were either untrained or uncooperative, and one manager, Nikita Manuylov, was particularly rude and unhelpful.
The Poor AccommodationsWhen we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room that smelled of sewage and had a broken shower. We were told that the room was fully booked, but we were eventually given a new room after complaining.
The Unacceptable ServiceThe service at the hotel was poor, and the food was terrible. We were also charged for a transfer that was not provided.
