We spent a week at the Bon Apart 4* in Tomsk, Russia, and we're giving you the lowdown on what to expect. From the moment we checked in, the staff was super friendly and helpful - a big plus for customer support. But what really impressed us was the value for money - this hotel offers a lot for the price. The rooms are clean and comfy, with all the amenities you need. We were a bit skeptical about the build quality at first, but it's actually really solid. The only thing that kept us from giving it a full 5 stars was the shipping - or rather, the lack thereof. We had to pay extra for Wi-Fi, which was a bit of a bummer. All in all, though, we'd definitely recommend the Bon Apart 4* to anyone looking for a solid hotel in Tomsk.
