The star of the showI have combination skin, with oily areas in the T-zone. My skin tone is warm, which I figured out with the help of a stylist - so, I need products that won't make me look yellow. I've got some minor acne scars on my cheeks, courtesy of a not-so-great pimple remover and some mechanical exfoliation.Honestly, I'm a powder girl at heart, but I love trying out liquid textures just for kicks - you never know, I might stumble upon something amazing!

And that's exactly what happened this time around (I was also tempted by a sweet discount on this non-budget-friendly DD cream).

So, what does the manufacturer promise?

This DD cream is designed to maintain skin elasticity and whiteness while keeping it healthy and beautiful.

It comes with SPF 50+, but in our region, I think that's a bit excessive (I'm not a fan of slathering SPF everywhere, considering the potential harm it can cause).

What did I expect from this product?

Well, first and foremost, I was hoping it would help even out my skin tone. I chose the middle option out of the three available shades (I didn't get to test it beforehand, since I bought it on a marketplace). Unfortunately, the shade I got was way too warm and a bit darker than my natural tone. Maybe the lighter option would've been a better fit, but I'm pretty sure the darkest one wouldn't have worked for me either. And even after blending, the color still looked off.
