I'm writing this review to share my experience with the delivery on Yandex Market. I desperately need Yandex Market to see this review and help resolve the conflict that's been going on. I'll try to keep it short and describe the situation. I'd be eternally grateful for your comments! Please share your own experiences and maybe you can offer some advice on how to solve my problem.

On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, I contacted a girl from Rostov-on-Don about an amazing vintage-style mirror. I'd been searching for the perfect mirror for a long time, but I couldn't find one that really caught my eye... until that day. The mirror cost around 4,500 rubles, but the seller agreed to lower the price to 4,000. She offered to transfer the money to my card, and I chose to use Avito for delivery to save some money. I didn't worry about the seller's responsibility, so I just waited for my lovely mirror. I had set up a spot for it in the room, and it was supposed to fit perfectly.

Exactly a week later, on October 29, 2024, I received a notification that the mirror had been delivered. I rushed to the pickup point, excited. The Yandex Market employee pointed out a large box, about knee-high. I was surprised by the box's size, but even more surprised when I opened it. On the box, there was a small label that said 'handle with care.' The writing was barely visible.
We removed the craft paper from the box together with the employee, but it wasn't tightly packed. When I took out the paper, I saw a crack on the side of the gypsum frame...
xa0xa0I was relieved to take a photo of the box's contents right away, with shards of glass scattered everywhere. I was worried that the box was about to burst open and the mirror would fly out. It's crazy to think that it even made it here in one piece.
xa0xa0The frame was all cracked and broken into tiny pieces. I was shocked by the packaging. xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0That kind of packaging, honestly, I've never seen before - except maybe on Wildberries. I've always received my Avito orders properly packed. As someone who takes pride in packing their own purchases with care, I take full responsibility for any damage. And I've never delegated that task to anyone else. I've handled large sums of money (55,000) and everything has arrived intact - except for a handmade wooden box. The girl who packed it made a slight mistake. I ordered the mirror and the box on the same day. xa0 xa0 xa0I was really looking forward to this mirror, and I was hoping for a decent attitude from the seller. But when I got my money back, the seller 'Unloading the wardrobe' seemed to think I should have packed and delivered the item myself. It was a real shock, and I don't often cry, but this experience left me speechless. I was expecting a lot more from this seller, especially after reading all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. The girl started saying that she wasn't to blame, it was the fault of Yandex delivery. And she's not willing to return the 3900 rubles. She even blamed me! I was in complete shock, and I've rarely cried, but this attitude left me speechless. I really wanted this mirror, and I was hoping for a decent attitude from the seller. But getting my money back, the seller seemed to think I should have packed and delivered the item myself. I'm really disappointed, and I feel sorry for both of us. I would have been willing to compromise and accept half the amount, but unfortunately, it's not going to happen.

xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0According to Avito's rules, the seller is responsible for packaging. I needed to confirm this with the seller, and I also wanted to get their response from Yandex. It's good to know that the seller is accountable, and I appreciate their responsibility.

xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0 xa0I'm still trying to wrap my head around the shipping experience with this product. I mean, I've received some pretty flimsy packaging in my time, but this was something else. The monitor came in a box that was literally held together with tape, and the objectives were just floating around in there like they were going to shatter at any moment. And yet, somehow, everything arrived in one piece. I was shocked.

I'm starting to think that the people at Yandex Delivery are either blind or just not taking their job seriously. I mean, who packs fragile items like that? And don't even get me started on the 'handle with care' sticker that was scribbled on in Sharpie. It's just lazy.
When I tried to reach out to Nikita Kuliakov on the chat, he just sent me a link to Avitо and told me to contact them about getting a refund. But when I went to Avitо, they just told me that they'd refund me 100 rubles. Like, what even is that?
The customer support from Yandex Delivery is basically non-existent. It took them ages to respond to my question, and even then, it was just a generic message that didn't really address anything. It's like they're not even trying.

But here's the thing - who's going to refund me for the terrible packaging and shipping? I'm talking to you, Yandex Market! Your employees allowed this kind of packaging, which is why I got a broken product. Now I'm left with nothing!
I've already spoken to a lawyer, but still, please write in the comments what you'd suggest in a situation like this.

Comments like 'don't bother translating 3900, please don't leave a review because it doesn't make sense' - I'm not going to translate the prepayment today, but I did trust you guys, and I thought you trusted me. I never thought I'd run into something like this.
