Extremely Underdeveloped Eco Platform
SummaryOur company switched to Yandex 360, but the experience has been disastrous. The teleconferencing program is slow, and we're unable to connect more than 40 users. The free version of Tim allows up to 100 users, but we're facing technical issues.
We previously used Microsoft in our company (over 1000 users) and primarily Teams and Outlook.
After switching to Yandex 360, I'm still trying to come to terms with it.
The teleconferencing program is absolutely terrible - the reaction time is slow, you can't raise your hand during a meeting, and if someone interrupts you, your microphone is muted, and the recording shows not only the recording but also all computer activities.
We can't connect more than 40 users!!!
This is despite the fact that the free version of Tim allows you to connect up to 100 users.
The sound is distorted and duplicated. We understood that the transition would be difficult, but it's been an absolutely horrific experience. Our colleagues boast about their developments during conferences, but they work in their offices using Zoom because they realize their own products are underdeveloped.
They're selling us a trial balloon. I'm extremely disappointed.
