I've been a regular at the women's health clinic #3 in Nizhny Novgorod since January 2012, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the service they offer.

I first visited the clinic when I got pregnant for the first time. I took advantage of the free consultation, and I chose clinic #3 because it's conveniently located near my work. I wasn't registered in the area at the time, so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived, they sent me to the head doctor to sign some paperwork, and then I was assigned to a young doctor who turned out to be fantastic. I saw her throughout my entire pregnancy, and everything was great – no stress, clear explanations, and all the necessary tests were covered.

There was some construction going on at the clinic in 2012, which caused some inconvenience, but by the time I went back in January 2016 for my second pregnancy, it was all fixed up. The new renovation was really nice, and there were hardly any lines. They even had a coat check and friendly staff at the front desk.

My doctor was on maternity leave at the time, so I was assigned to another doctor. Let me tell you, there was a big difference in how she treated me. She seemed kinda rushed, asked me what the big deal was, and sent me on my way. I was shocked. This was on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday, I went to a private ultrasound and found out my pregnancy had stopped at 1.5 weeks. Needless to say, I never went back to her.

I ended up seeing a private doctor, Sadyko, and only went back to clinic #3 in late November 2016 for my third pregnancy, and I was happy to be back with my original doctor. My pregnancy went smoothly. We did the first ultrasound at the clinic for free, and the second and third ones at Tonus, which was a bit more expensive. I had to go to the hospital to give a urine sample, but they only accept patients from 7:30 to 9:00, which wasn't very convenient. I had to fight through the crowds to get there early.

I really liked the midwife, Lydia Andreevna. She's an older woman, but very caring and attentive to her patients.

The clinic has an online appointment system, which is really convenient. However, there were times when I showed up without an appointment, and they still saw me.

They also offer free classes for expectant mothers, which I really enjoyed. One of the classes was about breastfeeding, and it was really helpful. The clinic's support for expectant mothers is one of the things that sets them apart.

I've had some great experiences at clinic #3, but like with anything, you gotta find the right doctor. If I get pregnant again, I'll definitely go back, hopefully with the same doctor I had before.
