Hello everyone!
I'm sharing my personal experience with VsyeInstruments, a platform my husband and I have been using for a while now. We've mainly bought tools and equipment from them, but I wanted to tell you about their website and what you can find there at a lower price than elsewhere.
I'll start with the company's history, which is pretty interesting.
The company was founded in 2006 by two students from the Moscow Physical-Technical Institute, Viktor Kuznetsov and Nikolai Gudovsky. Later, Alexander Goltsov joined the team.
By 2007, the online store had over 4,000 items of tools and machinery. By 2009, the assortment had tripled, including gardening equipment.
In 2009, the first offline store was opened in Moscow.
By 2010, new product categories were added, including power and climate equipment, construction and warehouse equipment.
By 2011, the company's revenue exceeded $100 million.
By 2014, the store's assortment had grown to 40,000 items, with over 1.5 million unique users visiting the site each month.
In 2015, the company launched its own trade marks, with Inforce becoming the most popular one.
In 2017, a pilot project for tool rental was launched. By 2020, it had become a separate brand, 'ViRent'.
Since 2017, VsyeInstruments has been crushing it with collaborations - specifically with DIY bloggers. They've done some amazing things like direct ad integrations and long-term projects like 'Wild DIY', 'RemONt', and more. And since 2019, they've been hosting an annual award show for the best DIY blogger. That's helped them grow their YouTube subscribers from 20,000 to 128,000 in just 4 years, and their Instagram followers from 3,000 to 200,000.
In 2020, they closed their biggest deal ever in Russian storage history - a partnership with '[link]' to build over 180,000 square meters of storage space in Domodedovo. They made the move to their new storage facility in October 2021.
They also launched a marketplace format in April 2020, but they're not a marketplace themselves. This made it way easier for small and medium businesses to find new sales channels during the pandemic.
According to Similarweb, as of October 2021, VsyeInstruments ranks 13th globally in the Home and Garden category. Every day, over 600,000 people visit their site. They have over 1 million products listed in their catalog, and over 700 retail locations across Russia.
Now, let me walk you through how to register on their site.
I type in the name 'VsyeInstrumenty' in my search bar and head to their website.
In the top right corner, I click on the 'Log in' button.
A pop-up appears, asking me to enter my i-mail or phone number.
Logging into the VsyeInstrumenty websiteFor those who are already registered on the site or want to go through a super simple registration process for newbies.
The VsyeInstrumenty websiteI've been registered on it with my husband for over 3 years, so after entering my i-mail, I immediately entered my password and after that, I logged in to the site already identified.
Here's what the main page of the VsyeInstrumenty website looks like, which opened up immediately after entering my password and clicking the 'Log in' button.
The main page of the VsyeInstrumenty websiteI showed it to you on purpose so you don't accidentally fall for a scam page and lose your money, and most importantly, your nerves.
As you can see, the website interface is decent. The page has a lot of sections for different product types and even directions.
Many of them have subcategories that appear only when you click on the section icon.
For example, when you click on 'Catalog', this little insert appears,
The VsyeInstrumenty websiteand when you click on 'Deals', this one does.

On the page, I have a 'My Account' section that I access by clicking on the little human icon in the top right corner.

I'll show you how it's done using my last order as an example. I find the product I need,
Choosing the product on the VsyeInstrumenty websiteI head over to its product page
Product page on VsyeInstrumentyand add it to my cart.
I didn't rush through the checkout process. I checked the price on Wildberries,
Product page on WildberriesOZON,
Product page on OZONand Yandex Market.
Product page on Yandex MarketBut don't get your hopes up about the price. It's not always cheaper on this platform. That's why I always do a price comparison before making a purchase, and I recommend you do the same.
Only after confirming that the product is cheaper on VsyeInstrumenty did I proceed with the checkout.
To do this, I went to my cart,
Order ProcessingI double-checked the order details and pickup location before hitting the "Place Order" button.
Order ProcessingNext, I got a confirmation page with all the order details.
Order ConfirmationI also got an SMS with the order number and confirmation.
I could pay online by selecting my preferred payment method.
Payment on the VsyeInstrumenty websiteI could pick up the order at the designated pickup point or have it delivered to my doorstep.
When the order arrived at the pickup point, I got a notification on my phone.
Shipping Costs
There's no extra charge for pickup. However, delivery by courier costs between 150 and 850 rubles, depending on the distance from the store to my location.
On top of that, there are additional charges for Order Handling
Order weight:
Shipping's a bit of a mixed bag, to be honest. If your order weighs up to 20 kg, it'll get delivered right to your doorstep. But if it's between 20 and 30 kg, you'll need to pay a bit extra for the courier to carry it up to your apartment - that's 150 rubles if there's a lift, or 50 rubles per floor if there isn't.
Orders between 30 and 50 kg will get delivered to your doorstep, and the courier will help you unload it from the van. Anything over 50 kg, though, and you'll need to handle it yourself.
If your building doesn't have a lift, or you can't fit the item in it, the courier can still deliver it up to 5 floors using the stairs.
Now, let's talk about moving heavy stuff like air conditioners and split systems. If you need to get them up to your apartment, there's a fee for that too.
For both blocks weighing up to 40 kg, it's 300 rubles. If they weigh between 40 and 50 kg, it's 800 rubles.
And if there's no lift, it's 100 rubles per floor for both blocks up to 40 kg, or 200 rubles per floor for both blocks between 40 and 50 kg.
One thing to note is that if you've got a really big or heavy item, it's probably not worth ordering it from VsyeInstrumenty in the first place - it'll cost you more in the end.
So, let's summarize the good and the bad.
POSITIVE MOMENTS:
Easy-to-use interface;Security system;SMS notifications;Occasional promotions;Quick and easy ordering;NEGATIVE MOMENTS:
Shipping was pretty slow; The product price is generally higher; The shipping cost is way too high.I'm a regular shopper on the VsyeInstrumenty website, and I've got to say, there are some pros and cons. Of course, every store has its quirks, but I'm happy to continue shopping here. That being said, I do recommend comparing prices on this product across different platforms before making a purchase.
I've got experience shopping on other platforms and working with their products. I've left some links to those below, just in case they come in handy.
