Volcheck's Bakery: My Go-To Spot for a Sweet Treat

summarizeEditor's Summary

I'm a total sucker for sweets, and Volcheck's Bakery has got me hooked. Their cream-filled pastry is a game changer, and I'm not the only one – it's a popular choice among locals. But what really sets them apart is the quality of their pastries. The buttons feel solid, and the pastry itself is light and fluffy. Plus, the prices aren't too steep, considering the quality you get. I've tried their strawberry version too, but for me, the classic cream-filled pastry is the way to go! I've even tried to cut back on sweets, but I just can't resist Volcheck's. I love that they have a variety of flavors to choose from – something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or adventurous, Volcheck's has got you covered.

Hello everyone, and thanks for checking out my review!
I'm a total sucker for sweets... and I'm not doing myself any favors, let's be real. I've got a tendency to overindulge, and with the holidays, I've put on a few extra pounds - not ideal for my figure, if you know what I mean.
But whenever I'm walking by Volcheck's bakery, my feet seem to take over and I find myself heading inside. I just can't resist their delicious pastries and croissants.
But my absolute favorite has got to be their cream-filled pastry.
The cost of this pastry is 45 rubles, which is a bit steep, but I guess everything is getting more expensive these days - last fall, it was 39 rubles.
They also have a strawberry version, which is tasty, but for me, the classic cream-filled pastry is the way to go!
The pastries are small, but the dough is soft and delicate, and the topping is just right.
And I have to say, it's the perfect size for a quick snack or dessert.

But the real star of the show is the filling - it's all about the cream, and they've got just the right amount.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find the ingredient list or nutritional info on their website - guess I'll just have to trust their word on it.
Not ideal, but I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles.
Despite the ingredients, the product may contain traces of sesame, walnuts, hazelnuts, celery, and processed products of these ingredients.
Skimmed milk ultra-pasteurized (normalized milk); wheat flour (chopped and sifted); pasteurized egg white; margarine (refined and deodorized oils in their natural and modified forms (palm oil, sunflower oil, palm kernel oil), water, emulsifiers (E471, E475, E433, soy lecithin), preservative E202, color E160a, acidity regulator citric acid, flavoring); white sugar; powdered sugar (beet sugar, anti-stick agent, cornstarch); margarine for cream (refined and deodorized plant oils (palm oil, modified palm oil, sunflower oil), water, emulsifiers (E471, E475, soy lecithin E322, E433), sugar, salt, preservatives E220, E211, flavoring, color E160a, acidity regulator E330); salt (food-grade extra-lean salt, anti-stick agent E536); complex food additive: "Vanilla sugar" (powdered sugar, food-grade ethyl vanillin, anti-stick agent E551); ground cinnamon.
But, let's be real, it's all about that cream filling - and it's absolutely delicious!
And, of course, the filling is the star of the show - it's all about the cream, and they've got just the right amount.
The best part? It's absolutely divine straight from the fridge - but if it sits out for too long, the cream loses its airy texture and becomes a bit less tasty.
It's a delicate balance, but they seem to get it just right.
It's a total game-changer - the pastry is soft, the cream is rich, and it's just the right amount of sweet.
Not gonna lie, I've been back to Volcheck's more times than I care to admit - it's just that good!
I'm not sure if it's the most popular item on the menu, but it's definitely a crowd-pleaser.
I've seen people buying up all the pastries, and I'm not surprised - they're just that delicious!

I've tried their pastries on a few different occasions, and I've always been impressed by the quality and taste.
Overall, I'm giving this tasty treat a solid 5 stars - it's a total must-try!
I highly recommend it!
