I'd already tried the Camembert cheese from Vitalat and was incredibly happy with it, so when I saw their Brie, I didn't hesitate to give it a try. The packaging really stands out, with a unique and memorable design that's consistent throughout. The cardboard box features a character and all the necessary information.

Ventilation Opening spotThe cheese inside is wrapped in white plastic, with a small, fairly solid lid, and the mold looks like another layer of packaging. The Brie has a mild aroma, similar to the Camembert from the same brand, and it's not too pungent. The mold's aroma is quite subtle.
PackagingMoldI found that this cheese is really easy to slice, thanks to its medium-hard texture. I prefer it this way, but some people might not like it as much. I like to bake it in the oven, melting it, and using it as a dip for various things. It's a great way to enjoy it.
