I'm a total chocoholic, and I've just discovered my new favorite thing: coconut chocolate! I mean, who wouldn't love the combo of rich chocolate and creamy coconut?

I picked up the 1000g pack of Urbec's Coconut Chocolate, and I'm so glad I did. It's seriously addictive – I've been snacking on it nonstop.

The packaging is a total winner. It's got a plastic lid and a metal cap underneath, so you can stash it in the pantry without worrying about it getting stale.

When you first open it, the Urbec might look a bit grainy due to the coconut oil, but trust me, it's just playing hard to get. Let it sit at room temperature for a bit, and it becomes this silky-smooth spread that's perfect for topping pancakes, bread, or cookies.

You can even just eat it straight from the spoon (no judgments here!). And the best part? It's not too sweet! The coconut and chocolate are in perfect harmony – and the addition of topinambur is like the icing on the cake.
