Editor's Summary
I've tried my fair share of weight loss supplements, but TurboSlim Day from Evolar really caught my attention. I used to follow super strict diets and intermittent fasting, but lately, I've been trying to avoid those methods due to stomach issues. I thought maybe I had thyroid problems, but it turns out I don't. This winter, I gained 6 extra pounds, and I needed something to speed up my weight loss. After a month on a healthy diet, I lost just under a kilogram, which is really not much. That's when I decided to give TurboSlim Day a try. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I can say it's helped me lose weight faster, but it's not a magic pill. I still need to stick to my diet and exercise regularly. It's been a game-changer for my weight loss journey, and I'm glad I made the switch.

I've tried a ton of weight loss supplements over the years, but TurboSlim Day from Evolar really caught my attention. I used to follow super strict diets and intermittent fasting because I'd gain weight so quickly, even though I didn't eat much. I'd lose weight fast, but no supplements were ever necessary. Lately, I've been trying to avoid diets with fasting because my stomach can't handle it anymore, so I opt for low-calorie diets with small portions. The problem is, the weight loss is really slow. I thought maybe I had thyroid issues, but it turns out I don't.
This winter, I gained around 6 extra pounds, which is really noticeable on my 167 cm frame. My stomach and sides started to bulge out, and it didn't bother me that much in the winter, but come spring, it was really annoying. Plus, my old knee injury started to hurt more often due to the extra weight.
When spring arrived, I switched to a healthy diet, trying not to eat too much, cutting out all the fatty, sweet, and starchy foods. I even cut back on bread, which I used to eat occasionally. After a month of this diet, I lost just under a kilogram, which is really not much. To make matters worse, we'd often go to the dacha, have barbecues, and I'd constantly crave something tasty but unhealthy for my diet.
TurboSlim Day was recommended to me by a friend who's taken it before and had minimal side effects compared to other supplements. I decided to give it a try to boost my metabolism, but I only took it for two weeks, which is the time it takes to finish one pack. I wasn't planning to follow the recommended month-long course.

Each disc contains 15 capsules. Removing the capsules from the packaging is a breeze, thanks to the non-adhesive foil on the back of the box.

◽ INTAKE | FEELINGS ◽
Take two capsules in the morning with food.
I took TurboSlim as directed, two capsules in the morning with food. For breakfast, I tried to eat as little as possible – a veggie salad or scrambled eggs or boiled chicken breast. Lunch was a light snack of a salad and yogurt, but sometimes I'd give in and have something I really wanted. Dinner was normal, but no later than 7 pm. I cut out chocolate, coffee, baked goods, and sweets completely, and limited my bread intake to one slice per meal.
I'd stopped doing sports due to a knee injury, and my most energetic activity was a morning workout and a short walk.
After taking TurboSlim, I noticed that I felt full in the morning and at lunch with a tiny amount of food. My cravings didn't disappear, but I wasn't starving between meals.
TurboSlim didn't cause any side effects, but it did help me get rid of excess water in my body. I'd had small swelling in my legs for a long time, which didn't bother me, and I hadn't paid much attention to it. A few days after starting TurboSlim, I felt a noticeable lightness in my legs – it's likely that those small swellings were causing the weight. Now I'll be more mindful of my legs and veins.
I didn't experience any discomfort or stomach pain, but after taking TurboSlim, I felt a boost of energy that's not typical for me during a diet. Usually, I feel exhausted, sleepy, and sometimes get dizzy or experience headaches, but this time I had a sudden surge of energy and even felt relatively energized by the evening. I thought the energy crash would be severe after the initial boost, but I didn't feel drained or exhausted. My blood pressure didn't spike, although it can sometimes increase for unknown reasons - I think it was due to water retention. I didn't feel any increased heart rate.
Overall, I handled the supplement well, but I don't have any chronic health issues.
I lost around 2.2 kg in two weeks without going on a grueling diet or exercising excessively, which is a great result for me. Although the weight loss isn't super noticeable from the outside, I can feel that my stomach has shrunk and my sides are more defined. I've started doing more planks to maintain the progress.
I still have a way to go to reach my diet goal - I need to lose another 3-4 kg to get back to my normal weight, but I've decided to continue my weight loss journey without TurboSlim.
To sum it up, here are the pros and cons of this supplement:
+ No laxative effects;
+ Reduces hunger;
+ Helps get rid of excess water;
+ Gives me a energy boost;
- You still need to follow a diet, or the results might not be as significant.
