What drew me in was the online learning format and the decent mobile app. As someone who works and travels for business, the online format was a must for me.

The theory portion was great - the instructors were top-notch, and it was easy to watch and ask questions.

But that's where the good stuff ends.

They said they'd offer 'practice near your work or home,' but the first instructor they assigned to me was a 2-hour drive away. I had to push for a month before they finally accommodated me. And even then, it wasn't near my work or home - it was a 3-stop metro ride, which was super inconvenient. I mean, I've even seen Jaguars driving around my neighborhood this year.

The instructor I worked with initially did a few sessions, but then his son or another guy would cover for him, and it was like they were speaking different languages. I had no idea who to listen to.

The car they provided was absolute garbage. I'm a woman of a certain size, and I had to squish myself into a tiny car - it was really uncomfortable. The other two cars, Renaults, were slightly better, but overall, the car they used for the exam was different.

There was no practice test on the actual testing site. So, I passed the city portion, but failed the site portion.

I've been trying to get my completion documents for two years now, but they just ignore my requests. I've asked them to send it to me via mail, courier - anything - but they just don't respond.

And to top it all off, they charge extra for gas and for retakes - 5,000 rubles per retake. Each.

I'm still kicking myself for spending the money. In the end, the whole thing cost me twice as much as I expected.
