My Honest Review of Tiger Mix 10: A Bitter but Effective Solution for Gallbladder Stagnation

summarizeEditor's Summary

I've been experimenting with various Tiger products, and their Mix 10 has been the most challenging to get used to. The cedar sap and hyssop blend is quite potent, but it seems to be working for me. I've had some stomach discomfort and diarrhea, which is a common side effect, but it's worth it if it helps with gallbladder stagnation. The good news is that it's natural, plant-based, and doesn't have any harsh chemicals. However, you do need to follow the instructions carefully and start with a small dose to avoid any issues. I'm glad I gave it a try, but I'd recommend it to people who are serious about addressing gallbladder issues.

Hello everyone!
I've been experimenting with various products from the Russian company Tiger, including their Pine Cell Extract, Bulardi Saccharomycetes, and Tigerin 02 (for bloating). Now I've finished the Mix 10 and I've got some thoughts to share.
I've had a positive experience with the Tiger brand - most of the products I've tried have worked for me and I've been buying them regularly. Online, they've got a good reputation too. The company focuses on making natural, plant-based biological active additives without any harsh chemicals and no side effects when used properly. I want to stress that - when used properly!
Tiger Mix 10 - Cedar Sap/ Hyssop
This is a concentrate based on cedar sap, natural bile, hyssop, peppermint, fennel, and cinnamon.
Its main goal is to get your bile flowing, improve its drainage, and make it easier to digest fatty foods.
Unfortunately, many of us are experiencing bile stagnation these days. With the stress of modern life, it's hard to avoid - and that's one of the factors that can lead to it.
This product does more than just stimulate bile flow and prevent stagnation - it also supports liver and gallbladder health, and can even help reduce the risk of bile sludge and stone formation as a preventative measure. If you're looking for a natural, serious way to boost bile flow without synthetic choleretics, this is one of the top options in its niche. Just be sure to follow the dosage instructions and don't expect miracles overnight. Ingredients: Cedar Resin Extract (Cedrus resinae). This cedar resin acts as a bitter, stimulating the gallbladder and helping to facilitate bile flow into the intestines. It helps activate bile secretion, improves its fluidity, reduces the formation of bile sludge, and promotes the prevention of gallstones.
Cow Bile (Bubulus bilis). Natural bile that activates bile secretion in the liver (hepatocytes), improves its rheology (fluidity), and helps maintain overall bile production. Used to normalize digestion and reduce inflammation in the GI tract.
LTECH Hyssopus officinalis Extract. Hyssopus extract that reduces mucus formation in the bile ducts, has anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic effects, helps with bile stagnation, and improves gallbladder motility.
LTECH Peppermint (Mentha piperita) and Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) Extract Combination. A combination of peppermint and fennel extracts that works in synergy with bile acids, has anti-inflammatory effects, reduces bloating, heartburn, and discomfort after eating, and improves digestion.
Cinamommum cassia Extract. I appreciate that this blend isn't just a random mix of herbs: there's the intense bitterness of Siberian pine resin that really gets things moving, real animal bile to directly support the liver, plus sage to clear out excess mucus from the bile ducts, and soothing mint and fennel to prevent spasms, bloating, and heartburn after eating. The cinnamon adds a light toning and anti-inflammatory effect.
I like that it's a well-rounded, multi-layered approach: stimulate production → get things moving → clear the way → reduce inflammation and discomfort. It's not just a 'bile-stimulating mix', but a concentrated blend designed to tackle stagnation in the bile and liver.
Indications:Relief from functional dyspepsia (impaired digestion), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and small intestine bacterial overgrowth syndrome (SIBO).
Reducing pain, heaviness, and discomfort in the abdomen after eating.
Stagnation in the bile and liver.
Preventing the formation of gallstones.
Inflammatory processes in the GI tract (as an adjunct).
Impaired liver and bile duct motility.
Contraindications: I've experienced some issues with individual intolerance to certain components, which caused an allergic reaction.
I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone under 14 years old.
As for pregnant women, I'd advise consulting a doctor before taking it.
And if you have any acute gastrointestinal issues, such as an active ulcer or severe inflammation, it's best to consult a specialist first.
Instructions for use: According to the manufacturer's instructions, I took 1 teaspoon (about 5ml) three times a day, mixed with 100ml of warm water, about 15 minutes before meals. I shook the bottle each time before use and stored it in the fridge after opening. The typical course is 2-4 weeks, but I'd recommend consulting a doctor for a personalized schedule.
I followed the same dosage and schedule, taking it for two weeks. The taste is incredibly bitter and unpleasant, with a strong, earthy flavor from the plant extracts and bile that's similar to concentrated herbal infusions. The aroma is herbal, with notes of mint, fennel, and resin, but the dominant scent is earthy and slightly pungent.
I noticed a significant improvement after just 5 days of taking this stuff. The bloating and discomfort after eating started to fade away, my stomach normalized, and I even felt a bit of relief in my liver and gallbladder area. With regular use, my energy levels went up, my body got better at digesting fatty foods, and I experienced fewer heartburns and pains. If you've got gallbladder stagnation, your blood tests might show normalized liver enzyme levels (ALT and AST), but I'd still recommend checking in with your doc for accuracy. The taste is pretty awful, but I can live with it if it means I get the benefits. To be honest, I don't think you can ever get used to the taste, but knowing it's doing me good, I just close my eyes and keep taking it – it's gotta be done.
So, what's the deal? Full name: TAYGER Mix 10 Livestock Pine Resin/ Hyssop; This is a pine resin-based concentrate with natural bile, hyssop, mint, fennel, and coriander; People take it to support their gallbladder, improve digestion, and ease the discomfort after eating; The taste is super bitter and unpleasant, with a strong herbal smell and a hint of spice; You usually start feeling the effects within 5-10 days: your stomach feels lighter, your bowel movements improve, and you get a energy boost after eating; Volume: 250 ml. Recommended dose is 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times a day, totaling 15 ml per day. It should last you around 16-17 days. If you take it less frequently or in smaller doses, it might last you 20-25 days; It's made in Russia.
