I've been dealing with cellulite for over two decades, and I've tried just about every cream and treatment under the sun. But let me tell you, nothing - and I mean nothing - has made a noticeable difference like Vitex's 'Banya' cream.
I'm 37 now, and I've got to say, I'm not as slender or active as I used to be. I'm 174 cm tall and weigh 74 kg, and my physical activity varies - sometimes I'm super active, and other times I'm a couch potato. Lately, it's been mostly running - up to 30 km a month.
For the past couple of months, my diet has been super clean - no sugar, white flour, sausages, or any other processed junk. It's been a year since I last had a decent diet.
So, now I have pretty noticeable cellulite:
Vitex Cream Massaging Anti-Cellulite "Banya, Massaging, Sauna" ReviewVitex Cream Massaging Anti-Cellulite "Banya, Massaging, Sauna" Cream from Cellulite, PhotoCellulite is fat that will only go away with a super clean diet and a small calorie deficit, combined with regular exercise - cardio and strength training.
You can't get rid of cellulite with any cream.
You can try massaging and some professional treatments to slightly improve the situation, but that's about it.
I don't have the patience, strength, or time to give myself a proper massage at home, so I'm not counting on a miracle. I just keep taking care of my skin, and I guess that's what matters.
In the meantime, here are the manufacturer's promises:
The anti-cellulite complex in the cream (caffeine, red pepper, lemon, peppermint, rosemary, pine, seaweed, and grapefruit extract) improves blood circulation in the deeper layers of the skin during massage, helps to remove excess water from problem areas, makes the skin smooth and even. Prevents the formation of new fat deposits.
Girls, you can only prevent new fat deposits from forming by increasing your calorie expenditure and reducing their intake. That's it - the golden rule of nutrition and dietetics (and logic).

➡️ Description
I've been using this cream for a while now, and if I'm honest, I'm not a fan of experimenting with scrubs and wraps, but I'm more than happy to stick with a tried-and-tested cream.
This cream is no-frills - it's all about getting the job done without any fuss.
Vitex Cream Massaging Anti-Cellulite "Banya, Massaging, Sauna"Description and usage rules:
Volume and storage conditions after opening (6 months):
Composition, as I mentioned in the quote:
Water, mineral oil, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-20, isononyl isononanoate, glycerin, sunflower seed oil, caffeine, ceteareth-25, grape seed oil, acrylamide/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer, parfum, Fucus vesiculosus extract, isopropyl myristate, wheat germ oil, tocopherol acetate, butylene glycol, methylparaben, fennel oil, lemon oil, grapefruit peel extract, green tea leaf extract, bergamot oil, Siberian pine oil, peppermint oil, capsicum extract, propylparaben, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol, sodium hydroxide, citronellol, geraniol, hexyl cinnamal, limonene, linalool, citral.
The lid comes off completely. The nozzle is small, but the cream is liquidy, so be prepared to smear it all over the place the first time you use it.
Consistency, as I mentioned earlier, is liquidy and uniform. It's more like a thick lotion than a cream.
Color of the cream is white with a slight yellow tint.
Absorption. Not fast. I apply the cream to my thighs, massage it in for a while. The cream starts to absorb after about 5 minutes. This property makes it great for a good quality massage. My hands glide smoothly over my skin (at least for the first few minutes).
Smell. It's ginger. Fresh, clean, and invigorating, with healing properties that even affect your sense of smell.
➡️ Application and results
I've got to say, I don't have before-and-after photos because, well, the cellulite is still here. Although, if I'm being honest, it was more noticeable when I weighed 80 kg (that's a whole other story). Thanks to cutting out sugar and regular workouts, I've been able to rock shorts and dresses this summer.
Picture this: me in shorts and a tank top, feeling confident enough to show off my skin. That's what this Vitex cream has done for me.
I use the scrub on the other days. If you're wondering why I still use the Vitex cream, here's the thing:
It moisturizes my skinIt nourishes my skinIt's super easy to use for self-massageIt's got citrus, pepper, and caffeine extracts that get my blood flowing and lymph movingIt leaves my skin feeling cool (no burning for me, just a pleasant chill)It reduces puffiness (for a couple of hours, at least)
Vitex Cream ReviewI've got to say, this cream is a total winner. It's affordable and effective. I highly recommend it!
