Not gonna lie, the fees are massive and the exchange rate is awful (I could live with that, to be fair). I expected more for the price.
So here's what went down: I tried to swap USDT for RUB, sent the crypto, and nothing showed up. I kept refreshing the app, but the balance stayed dead flat. After a few hours I messaged support, and they kept saying they were doing maintenance and couldn't move the money. An hour later they canceled my request and said they had to send the crypto back.
Five hours later they finally returned something, but it was short because they slapped on an extra fee—about five times the normal network fee. To make it worse, the fee they kept was way higher than any network charge I've ever seen.
Support told me it wasn’t their fault, some other service messed up, and that I’m the one who has to foot the bill. They basically shrugged and said there’s nothing they can do.
All I got was wasted time and money.
