I recently had the chance to experience the Termy complex in Mytishchi, Moscow Oblast, and I'm still buzzing from the experience. Today, I want to focus on the spa area, which is a real gem.
The Termy complex is divided into a sports hall and a spa area, which are essentially two separate facilities in one building. The spa area is where the magic happens, with an indoor pool, a saltwater pool, an outdoor pool, and a kids' pool with a Jacuzzi and six hammams and saunas.The prices are pretty reasonable, with weekdays costing 300 rubles and weekends costing 430 rubles. They also offer membership plans and promotions, which you can check out on their website. But to give you a general idea, this place is definitely affordable for most people.
When you enter the complex, you'll find a locker room – although it's only available during the winter months.
Next, you'll arrive at the reception desk, where you'll need to fill out a form confirming you're healthy and have no skin issues, and then you'll be allowed to pay and enter the spa area with a wristband for the duration of your visit.
It's a good idea to stick to your scheduled time, as any extra minutes will cost you 10 rubles.
Before entering the locker room, you'll find a toilet.
There's a drying rack for towels, a hair dryer, and a scale in the locker room. They have around 700 lockers, judging by the numbers.There are hair dryers with mirrors available.If you don't have or forgot your shampoo, you can buy it on the spot, but it's not cheap.

Prices are pretty reasonable, ranging from 40 to 600 rubles. One of the extra perks is the massage and fish spa - it's like a mini Russian resort experience.
